"Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night. "I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."

"The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. BUT: I wonder, why it turned out to be so difficult to get the second blanket (you call it "duvet") for the master bed. I had to ask 3 times before someone came with it. Another...

"From the minute I checked in to the hotel to the minute I checked out. All the staff have been absolutely amazing. Tĥe receptionists even signed a birthday card for me on my birthday. I give them all 10 out of 10."

"The family room had space and it was comfortable enough. The real downside was the lack of ability to control the room temperature and the lack of any additional blankets or quilts as the room was a bit on the cold side. There are games and activities available so children (and adults) are entertained. Overall it was a pleasant stay. "
