"We checked in very late with a very tired toddler. The greeting was friendly and efficient. Our toddler was gifted a cuddly toy and we had a very pleasant night. Comfortable, quiet and very well laid out. We look forward to returning!"

"Although Hotels.com cancelled my reservation from the hotel instead of showing me as a no-show for late check-in, hotel staff was extremely helpful for finding a solution at the spot. I might not have a place to stay if it wasn't for their incredible kindness to offer me one of the available rooms. I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me.
