"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs. It's a small thing though and overall we did have a wonderful time 😊"

"The bathroom was exfremely small. It was difficult to get to the shower. This was located at the end of a very narrow bathroom. Just next to the shower, there a sink on the right side. I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc. Last, the receptionist did not let me pay the local tax by debit card/bancomat. I had to pay in cash and the chat with the receptionist was not pleasant."
