"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "

"Tolle Landschaft, traumhafte Ruhe und viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Ausblick in die Ferne ist einfach wunderschön, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Wir waren im ersten Stock welche durch eine Gittertür abgetrennt ist. Dort hatten wir 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Küche sowie 1 Wohnzimmer. Alles etwas im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet aber ok. Die Gastgeberin Frau Mayer ist eine nette Lady die alles im Griff hat. Urschmitt hat kein Lokal aber in 5-7 km Entfernung findet man alles."

"Prachtig huis, niet ver van de Moezel. Erg rustig, geen terrasjes of winkels aanwezig. Wel mogelijk om vanuit het huis mooie wandelingen te maken. Huis is prachtig en heerlijk ruim, balkon met mooi uitzicht. Goede locatie om vanuit hier de omgeving te verkennen. Zeer aardige gastvrouw. En ze hebben heerlijke wijn, Jan de wijnboer verzorgd een heerlijke wijnproeverij ter plekke."

"This is a light and comfortable apartment with good views of the castle and vines from the seating area outside. Large bed and two wonderful showers! The kitchen was well equipped for self catering with saucepans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle etc. A few more mugs and glasses would be useful. We had a very relaxing stay here in Alken and are hoping to return next year."

"Angefangen von der Freundlichkeit der Gastwirtin bis zur sehr schön eingerichteten und ordentlich großen Wohnung haben wir wirklich rein gar nichts auszusetzen gehabt. Parkplatz vor der Tür, tolle Lage in der Nähe der Ehrenburg (fußläufig erreichbar) und auch an der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. 10 von 10 Punkten ;-)"

"Very nice. Only drawback is that they don't do breakfast (there is a good kitchen with everything you need if you have supplies). There is a coffee machine and there's a bakery just up the street that was open even on Sunday morning, so it isn't a disaster if you don't come equipped."

Nach der Anreise sind wir vor der Ferienwohnung gestanden und haben versucht den Vermieter tel. zu erreichen. Vermieter ging dann 1 x ans Telefon und sagte, das er momentan im Urlaub ist.Uns hat er aber versprochen, sich darum zu kümmern. Gutgläubig warteten wir. Lovely hotel, excellent option close to Hahn
"I booked this hotel because we were arriving on a late flight into Hahn. It is very convenient - walkable to the airport. What I didn’t expect, however, was how great the hotel itself was. The room was spacious and luxurious - very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. I ended up wishing I was staying for longer! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
