"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"We had a fabulous week at the Apartments Brietach. The apartments have everything you need, and are very good value for money. It is situated in a valley with wonderful mountain views. The owners, Astrid and Stefan, are delightful, as are their staff. Their beautiful Biernese Mountain dogs makes it a home from home for any dog lover, and dogs are welcome guests. "We chose the hotel because it’s located just a few minutes drive from the Neuschwanstein Castle which was very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Outside parking is free and easy. We would go ahead! "

"The stay here was great. The property is nestled in the heart of history but is modern, great amenities and a team that is fabulous. I am someone who runs runs runs and tries to see all when I travel but this space asked me to slow down and enjoy it too, as I did. "

Loved everything about this place

"Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow."
