Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Hut ab für die Ehrlichkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Alptraum
Wir konnten das Appartement leider nicht ausprobieren weil meine Freundin krank geworden ist und ich kurzfristig auf der Arbeit einspringen musste. Hatte versucht den Eigentümer des Appartements zu kontaktieren und wollte 4 Tage vor Reiseantritt eine gegenseitige für beide befriedigende Lösung finden. Leider ohne Erfolg. Es kam kein Entgegenkommen ihrerseits. Wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen- eine Stornogebühr hätten wir akzeptiert. Bei anderen Appartements bezahlt man erst bei Ankunft und kann bis zu einem Tag vorher kostenlos stornieren. -

Nur das Wetter war nicht schön
Die Wohnung war o.k. Wie beschrieben, also kein 5* Hotel/Wohnung. Nur mit dem Schlüssel haben wir uns schwergetan. Es gibt auch ein paar Sachen die nicht mehr i.O. sind. Der staubsauger müsste ausgetauscht werden, und die Duschecke müsste eine neue Tür bekommen. Aber das Fazit ist, für das Geld ist das eine gute Unterkunft in Strandnähe.

Schöner Urlaub, top Lage, reicht vollkommen
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Allein der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist top Wie in der Beschreibung ist sie nicht neu oder modern eingerichtet, wer aber nur eine Wohnung zum schlafen braucht für den ist sie top Die Duschabtrennung sowie Licht im Schlafzimmer müsste erneuert werden Auch das Sofa ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zum Schlafen nicht sehr brauchbar Aber alles in allem Top und wir kommen gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung Top Lage
Es war sehr schön die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.Im Haus war es sehr ruhig.Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur eine Minute. Bäcker und alles was man braucht im Umkreis von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Sauberkeit der Wohnung
Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, die Platz Sets sind sehr unappetitlich, die Topfdeckel sind defekt, einige Topfdeckel passen nicht. Der Vorhang in einem Zimmer ist herunter gerissen. Die Duschewand Abdichtung ist undicht, beim Duschen läuft Wasser auf den Fußboden.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) waren mit der Ferienwohnung total zufrieden und kommen liebend gerne wieder! Größe und Lage waren einfach perfekt und auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Strandnähe unschlagbar. Ja, die Möbel und Teppiche sind nicht die neusten aber darauf wird ja explizit hingewiesen. Wer darüber hinwegsieht wird mit einer tollen Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage belohnt. Sauber war es bei uns ebenfalls.

Tolle Wohnung in einer Traumlage
Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist da. Es waren sogar Handtücher da, falls man eigene vergessen hat. Die Wohnung ist absolut kinderfreundlich ausgestattet. Meine 7 jährige Tochter fand Stifte, Kleb, Schere, Bücher und Spiele. Im Flurschrank war alles was ein Kinderherz am Strand benötigt. Eimer, Schaufeln... Flyer von Ausflugszielen waren da, die wir ergänzt haben. Ich fand die Austattung sehr liebevoll. Wer mit Hund anreist findet sogar ein Hundekörbchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Urlaub in Scharbeutz
Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man fühlte sich sofort wie zuhause. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lage ist perfekt 150m bis zum Strand. Restaurants, Bäcker usw direkt um die Ecke. Wir können die Unterkunft jeden weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage mit großen Mängeln
Sehr gute Lage, gepflegtes Haus, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Schlüsselübergabe gut gelöst. Fahrstuhl. Einige Mängel in der ganzen Wohnung, defekte Lichtschalter, verkalkte Geräte, Geschirrspüler klemmt, leider nicht sauber! Wohnung abgewohnt und schmuddelig! Fleckiger Teppichboden, unhygienisch! Muss dringend renoviert werden . Dafür viel zu teuer !!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen. Leider hatten fast alle Restaurants geschlossen, wegen Winterpause oder Renovierung. Die Sauberkeit müsste überdacht werden, der Staubsauger war defekt. Fernsehen kann man, jedoch nur bedingt. Für Tagesausflüge eignet sie sich allerdings sehr gut.
