One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the hotel bar well-stocked with a good ambiance. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stopped in here for the night on route to germany. An excellent place to stay with parking, lots of nice restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was in great condition and the breakfast was really good quality too"

"Hotel is perfectly positioned in central Leuven. The hotel does not have a car park but offered discounted rate at local car park. The hotel has a small lift to all floors as the stairs can be steep with lots of luggage. The rooms, were basic but nicely presented. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of cereal, eggs, salmon, breads and luxury teas. The staff were excellent and polite. I had a 1 night stay for business."
