"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"We, family of 4 plus dog, have stayed at this hotel overnight several times over the past 5 years, most recently in July 2024. We love the location, as it is quiet and surrounded by forest with lots of relaxing walking routes nearby, yet not far from the shopping centre in Zweibrücken (which has fast chargers in case you arrived by EV). Rooms are large (over two levels), with access to the garden (very handy if you have a dog that needs to go out during early hours). The food offered in the restaurants is excellent, including the buffet breakfast. We look forward to returning for another stay next summer."
