"Nice resort but rooms need modernising."

"The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to...

"The place itself is a gem and huge, with all sorts of facilities. Unfortunately it's located in a rough area of the Campania region. Staff is ok. There is plenty of opportunity either to just relax and sunbath or to do sports (from riding a bike to water activities). The night pool is a treat. Extras include a sauna, a resort. Food is very good. Perhaps will explore further."

"Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."

"Convenience of location to the NATO facility there. The breakfast is good. Rooms are sparse and dated, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to make the stay great. If you are looking for a Four Seasons type experience, this is not it, but for a place to stay that has a staff (very small) but always inquiring as to what they can do to make your stay better - highly recommend.
