The room is very small for 4 adults. The breakfast is very limited. The area is dark and far from any restaurants and transportation.

Avoid if staying for a short time
Owner sent "she has a reservation for 4 people for today I would like to know if it is confirmed and at what time you arrive." at 12:07 a.m. asking when we would arrive. Then at 10:07 sends a cancelation notice while we are driving to the hotel and unavailable to be contacted. Upon arrival, he claims the room has had an unspecified problem for 3 days. Why did he send a message asking when we were going to arrive if the room wasn't available! If he canceled agt 12:07 a.m., we could have used the Internet VoIP to change our reservation. This is a B&B and the family that was already there was suprised when we walked in. I think the owner canceled our reservation with no-notice to make room for someone else staying longer. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Family orientated b& b, - speak only Italian but very friendly.Room size ok for 4. Condition ok, but found some ants in bed. Simple bathroom with primitive shower but good bathroom and shower downstairs. Good personal breakfast with homemade bruschetta & quiche. Good mocation to tram to visit Florence easily.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN FLORENCE-LIKE HOME!!!
I have traveled with my family, this place has been the best place in all my trip, the couple were so kind and helpful, when we arrive we couldn't find the address, we called them and they pick us up, the house is a beautiful place, the area is calm and quite to relax, it is very near to Florence only 15 minutes from the main station by tram. Really I am thinking to go back When I visit again Florence. I recommend it 100 per cent.

The b&b was a terrible~i reserved that 4 monthes ago but he didn't prepared at that time and i reserved room including bath room. But the bath was not included and the host said if i don't agree, go another hotel?? I have never been such hotel!!

Convenient to Florence with good breakfast buffet, air conditioning and Internet. Nicely decorated. Quiet surroundings BUT take cash only and do not state this up front, causing great inconvenience.

Sweet Hotel
This was a beautiful and peaceful countryside hotel. The views were great and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean. The only disadvantage was finding the hotel but once we found it their was no problem.

Very nice owners, close to the airport
We stayed here for one night with our 3 kids under 4. The owners and their daughter were fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Of course the bathroom is super tiny, very European. There is a big backyard with a swing and a slide for the kids. It's quite aways out of Florence but it's close to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic and they had a high chair for our baby which was nice.

Ha sido fatal,primero me han cambiado la reserva de dia sin mi consentimiento y luego me la han cancelado un dia antes sin una explicacion adecuada .El dueño no hablaba español pero tampoco se esforzaba por dar una explicacion ..canceló sin mas por telefono porque yo llamé y luego sin escucharme me colgó directamente
