"This rental is good for those who need or want a peaceful getaway. The kitchen is a large room and has a full-sized refrigerator with freezer compartment. It has room in the center for a picnic table and benches for breakfast, plus there is a separate dining room. There are three nice bedrooms and one bath upstairs, but the bedroom and bath (shower room) downstairs have surprising omissions. "Despite some unseasonal cold and wet weather and suffering from colds caught on the ferry from GB we really enjoyed our 2 weeks at L’Abeille Bleue. What made it so great was the warmth of our hosts Didier and Patricia, a most welcoming and generous couple. Didier was so concerned that we understood how the heating system worked (we really needed it!) that he came in twice to check that we understood it. And we also benefitted greatly from gifts of fruit (peaches, apples, figs) and vegetables...
