"If you read the reviews, everything positive that was said is true. Literally set in the middle of a vineyard, this is the most quaint, rustic, and accommodating setting a group could hope for. The pool (which is shared with anyone who might be staying at the adjoining house) was a relief, as it was hot when we were there (June 15-28). Third floor bedroom was quite warm so make sure that you get the owners to look at it if it is not working when you get there. We enjoyed the terraced front patio...

"We found this apartment excellent value, clean, spacious (for 2) and the garden with plunge pool is a real bonus. Christian and Steward were welcoming and clearly want their guests to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Connaux is conveniently located, allowing easy access to the attractions of the area."

"The house is located in a very quiet area and is very nice. The downstairs is air conditioned, modern and excellent, the kitchen is well equipped. Upstairs really needs air conditioning as it was very hot and you are unable to leave the windows open due to mosquitoes. The BBQ was rather old and tired but now has a new grill as we bought one! "We had a wonderful stay. The home was large, clean, comfortable, and well located. The pool is large and well maintained. The bedroom AC kept us cool on the hottest nights. The garden was plentiful and eggs from the chickens kept breakfast plates full. The hosts were responsive and helpful."

"We had a great stay! A few areas were not child friendly such as the stone steps. The steps into the pool were very slippery. Apart from that, we had a really lovely time. The location is beautiful and all the rooms are beautifully presented. Thanks for a great week."

"Beautiful old farm house, just like one would dream. Spacious, stylish with every appliance, crockery and cutlery, cup and mug you would desire. Very beautiful garden with a fantastic pool, which is surrounded by lovely plants. Very great Boules pitch, also flood lit. House is very peaceful. You can walk to the picteresque town in 25 mins. "Josette and Andre are very nice and strive to be helpful. Very rural location and setting was as we expected. The air conditioning was adequate in only one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms plus the one upstairs bathroom and the separate toilette have air conditioning from only one unit located on the stair landing. It was not sufficient. Most nights, there was no hot water for bathing or showering. We went next door on two occasions to let the owners know, but they were not there. Apparently,...

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
