Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with so much attention to detail in every dish. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic – always warm, friendly, and attentive. Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere. "Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. The holiday was ruined by the accident but the stay was survived by the hotel and it’s staff."
