OUTSIDE
Westleton is a quintessential Suffolk village surrounded by wonderful walks and cycle routes with exciting places to explore – RSPB Minsmere, historic Dunwich, picturesque Southwold and much more. The Westleton Crown and The White Horse Inn a few minutes walk from the house are both great pubs and there’s a village shop, book shop and village green.
Springfield sits back from the road with a gate opening into the gravel drive where there’s space for three cars and a lawned area with a bench so you can catch the sun. The garden wraps around the side of the house to the back where there are a couple of patio areas furnished for outside dining or simply lounging in the sunshine. There’s a large lawn where children can bounce on the trampoline (supervised at all times), a table tennis table, cricket bats and other fun things. The garden is enclosed (once the five-bar gate is closed), however we advise you to supervise children and dogs as the drive opens onto a busy road.
NOTE
The property is single storey so suited for guests with a mobility issue, however there is a lip into both shower cubicles and a step to the front door. Hard flooring runs through the house other than in the bedrooms which are carpeted.
