Please note High Lodge is a gated park and does not have a 24 hour reception. The park closes at 5pm. Check in time is between 4pm and 5pm, and any arrivals after 5pm must be agreed with the park prior to arrival. Early check-in may be available and this can be arranged with the park direct.
There is a £150 security deposit required upon arrival for large group bookings, this will be refunded once the lodges have been checked.
Due to maintenance and cleaning hot tubs may not be up to temperature on your arrival day.
Please note that High Lodge is also a leisure facility which includes fishing, clay pigeon shooting and other activities on site which are not included in the price of your holiday.
Babies must be included in the party total.
High Lodge does not allow pets and smoking is not permitted inside the lodges.
The park’s normal check in time is between 4 & 5pm. If, however, you would like to enquire about a possible early check in or you will be arriving late then please contact the park, if there is no reply please leave your number and you will be called back. Please call in advance so that they can advise accordingly and arrange your key collection.

Early check-in may be available and this can be arranged with the park direct once your booking has been confirmed.
A mobile number is required on all bookings in case the park need to contact you in advance to arrange key collection.
Accommodation Information
Babies and infants must be included in the party total, High Lodge will not accept extra infants/babies within the accommodations’

Please note for late arrivals this must be arranged in advance with the park so they can advise the check-in process.
Please be aware that there will be a clay shooting competition taking place on site and there may be noise disturbance between 28th August – 1st September from 9am till 6:30pm each day.
High Lodge will be hosting a Major Clay Shooting Championships from Tuesday the 17th of May through to and including Sunday the 22nd of May 2022. This prestigious event will mean that the venue will be much busier than normal but facilities will remain open however, there will be limits to availability on instruction and activities day to day.
