"Fantastic place to stay "

"Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Pillows in room were terrible and flat. Not enough milk in room , carpet in room heavily stained but the hardest thing espically if not good at walking far is there is no lift and alot of stairs. The gardens are beautiful and spring bulbs just appearing. Nice stay overall "

"The stay at this hotel was lovely. The room was beautiful and comfy and had a view of the wolves from the window. The cleaniness of the room was average, the shelves in the bathroom had alot of dust on them and under the bed had alot of dust but overall, the room was lovely. There was an issue with the tele in room and within 10 minutes of reporting the issue, there were 2 guys who came to fix it. A great stay."

"The breakfast room was delightful: light and airy, sunny and with a view of the cathedral. Food was excellent. Room was serviced well every day. Lift was rather scruffy and noisy. Reception staff very helpful and kind, but it was a shame that, when saying 'goodbye', one member of the team didn't look up. Also, suggest having an illuminated sign above the main entrance."

"A decent hotel in a nice area close to all of the amenities. I found it to be a very strange hotel, the outside reminds me of my old school block and even though it is very stylised, it needs some TLC. It looks very rundown on the outside and is not the most appealing as you drive up. Inside however, is quite pleasant. It’s basic but modern and has everything you would need. "The experience we had was very positive. The man on reception was very efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful and kept our luggage and did the check in for us as we arrived early and wouldn't be back till later. The room had everything we needed very clean a good size and the shower powerful. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. "My wife book me this hotel during my daughter have event at RAF, absolutely brilliant choice, very comfortable room with good spacious everywhere. Staff are very welcome and friendly. "This a regular place I stay when on company business to Lincoln. It's a great location for me, away from the town centre but also a nice walk into town in the evenings. All staff are great, courteous and friendly. Rooms are always comfy and well kept for my usual 4 night stay. Breakfast is always the same but plentiful, fresh and just enough to get me going in the mornings."
