"Great location in the village. 1 small block away from fantastic pub with attached restaurant and outdoor seating with parking for both. One block from river. Another block added from the pub gets you to the convenience/grocery store. Another block along the river gets you to the manor house and gardens. Lovely room at the lodge, nice breakfast delivered in the mornings. Great staff, internet in the room. Parking lot within grounds. Local taxis available. Bolt available to the property...

"The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. "I arrived at the address given , nobody was there : I was told that I was staying at a different address. I had to walk a further 15 minutes to an alternative address. I was not too happy to be missed around . Nothing wrong with the accommodation just the organisation "

"Overnight stay, check in was simple, decor throughout in need of major update(ripped paper,holes in the wall) room very basic and shared bathroom has seen better days,wont be staying again."

"A unique place to stay that really ticked the boxes - I stayed as part of a group and each of us enjoyed the experience, the birds, meerkats, tortoises & reptiles adding to an amazing stay! The bird show (included in price) was good and the staff extremely knowledgeable - the self contained rooms were very clean & comfortable and having a kitchenette with fridge/toaster etc was perfect, the en-suite shower room was large & again very clean - highly recommend a stay here!"
