"Home made for a lovely respite for our Sun Valley mid-winter family weekend (Couple, plus husband/wife 2 teens). Layout was fantastic and location convenient to slopes and town! House was clean and has everything you need to cook - and then some. Appreciated the signage posted throughout (vs hunting in a guest book for information). Communication with the host was good with timely responses. The living room sofas are somewhat tired. Primary negative about the home is the beds are exceptionally...

"The house was beautiful and in a perfect location for skiing at both Baldy and Dollar. This was also the best equipped vacation rental we’ve ever had. Every little detail was thought of in advance, down to the stick of butter in the fridge (don’t you hate having to buy that stuff for a ahort trip?). They had everything you could need and more. "

"Great cozy spot as advertised - close to ski resort and local attractions in Ketchum. Condo is comfortable and very relaxing after a day of skiing. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Experience was easygoing and stress-free. "

"This condo was beautiful and very well-equipped. The only complaint we had were the window coverings in all of the bedrooms. Since there are other condo buildings right across the way from that unit, the window shades didn't give us the privacy we needed in the evenings...especially because the two primary bathrooms did not have doors for additional privacy. We also came prepared (from previous guests' reviews) with eye masks for the morning light coming through the window shades."

"Comfortable house for groups. If you want to use the hot tub facility make sure you tell them ahead of your stay or you’ll be out of luck. As far as kitchen things go, they are missing hot pads and measuring cups things of that sort. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Comfortable home and would recommend. The guy that looks over the home is suer friendly and responsive"

"Our entire group of 8 guys, all 35, stayed here for a reunion, and we had the best time! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room became the perfect central spot for us to hang out and catch up — it really set the tone for the weekend.The location is fantastic! "This was definitely one of the nicer homes we've stayed in during our travels, and one we would be pleased to return to in the future. The home is cozy and comfortable despite the very cold outside temperatures during our visit. Towels and hot water were in abundant supply. "We loved staying here. The views are incredible and the open space behind the home made for a beautiful setting. It was awesome to have the proximity to town and the slopes, but still able to have so much privacy and scenery in every direction. We hopefully can make it back sometime in the summer as and take advantage of all the outdoor space. Abode was easy to work with as well with a smooth check in and always quick to get back with any questions we had during our stay."

"All was great over all. I reserved a single bed room and we ended up with two double beds in a handicap room. Did not appreciate the handicap tub rail. It made it hard to get in and out of the shower, and our bed was small. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hot springs and the rustic charm. The maintenance guy right next to our room 117 was playing a radio kinda loud early in the morning. Banging noise at times. "
