"This was one of my favourite hostel experiences in my 12 months of travel. From the moment I arrived, Edi and his team were super welcoming and friendly, even giving me a free fruit plate, tea and a foot massage on arrival !! "I highly recommend this homestay. The room was clean and basic and walking distance from the main strip in Ubud. It's about 1.5 kilometers down a hill. I did not have problems walking it. I recommend that if you are walking at night to walk on Il Suetra (road that homestay is on) as opposed to the other road that is more scenic because it s not lit in certain areas. There are stretches in both roads where there are no sidewalks but I walked facing traffic and moved to the the side when cars...
