"The room not same as the photo i got. I booking a Executive room, but i got a like a smartroom with little big size. I order with 3 person but had to argue with the receptionist at night i check in to had towel for the third person. Very disappoint with the attitude and must argue first to get what i booking.not recomended this hotel. Got many rules in the hotel.THE WORST HOTEL I HAD STAY IN 2023."

"Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly! "

"1. Staffs was friendly, but room was filthy. Found cockroaches and ants colony in the room. The hotel staff nicely try to offer replacement rooms, but its condition is about the same. Sorry, I will not back. 2. Internet was horrible. Keep disconnected somehow when your gadget (laptop/ipad/iphone) were idle. "The amenities were poor, not enough toilet paper, and no towel at all. We have to request everything for our stay. The safe did not work, and I was told by my colleagues that the safe in their rooms did not work either. The technician came and spent 15-20 minutes, to finally declare they could not fix it. "It’s old and dilapidated. There’s an unpleasant musty smell in the room which smells like a combination of cigarettes and body odour. Ants in the bathroom. It is what it is. TV and AC works just fine. Here only for the night to be nearby the Jakarta Expo venue. No windows in the room too."

"Every time we fly out from Jakarta, we stay at FM7. It is highly convenient since the airport is litteraly 10 minutes away. The prices for the rooms are more than fair, we usually stay in the Junior Suite, more than spacious, luxurious and of course a huge bathroom with a hot tub. Dining is delicious, my wife and I love Rimba Durian, but if you're in the mood to eat out, Lembur Kuring is just across the street, they sell delicious Sundanese food. "

"ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CENTRAL JAKARTA So close to everything, amazing staff (best I've had so far) and made our stay and honeymoon absolutely perfect. Nothing was ever too much for them! "

"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. Then shuttle bus sent me back to airport for flight to Bali Island. Everything is perfect. I flight from JFK to CGK instead to Bali Island, because business class ticket was much cheaper, I may do this again."
