On the edge of the Périgord, in a green setting, this pretty 2-person gîte is the ideal base for exploring the region. You'll find a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite shower room. After a day of discovery, return to your pied-à-terre and enjoy your private 80 m² terrace or the shared relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi (extra charge), billiards, darts... The accommodation is as follows:

Day area:
- Living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area for 4.
- Separate, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, American fridge, 5-burner hob, microwave, two coffee makers, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine (accessible from the kitchen)

Sleeping area :
- Fitted bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and its private shower room with jet shower and WC

Exterior:
- 80 m² private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, parasol
- Shared 10 m x 5 m unheated swimming pool. The pool is accessible from May to September, and is secured by an alarm.
- Shared relaxation area with 4-person Jacuzzi (extra charge), pool table, garden furniture, darts...

The gîte is located on the edge of Périgord in the Lot-et-Garonne region, close to all the major sites to visit and villages classified as "Plus beaux villages de France": Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Pujols, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux...
You can also discover numerous châteaux: Château de Biron, Château des Milandes (a château once owned by Josephine Baker, who made it famous), Château de Beynac (the château where "Les Visiteurs" was filmed)...

- The gîte is located on a 2-hectare property that includes another gîte for 4 people (Gîte Sarlat), and the owners' residence.
