Located in Savignac-Lédrier, this stylish mansion is perfect for a weekend getaway. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and 4 bedrooms. This mansion offers a private swimming pool with deckchairs for you to relax and enjoy a day by the poolside.

The forest is only 100 m away from the stay. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away. Explore your favourite water sport activities, only 9 km away from the property. The golf course is 12 km from the mansion.

Central heating and fireplace can be used to stay warm inside. Parking is featured in the property. A barbecue is provided for you to play around with your cooking skills. A camping cot, high chair, and swing set is available for the little ones to have a lovely time. A table tennis table is provided for recreational purposes.

Brive-Souillac airport is only 58 km away from the mansion.

Note: Here in the Dordogne they have stopped providing individual bins available to households, there are now only recycling bins available locally. Therefore, for non-recyclable rubbish, a 30 L bag is provided and your allowance for the week. Please leave your rubbish bag on the doorstep when you depart and we will dispose of it. It would be of great help if you could dispose of your glass, cardboard and any recycling yourself.

Stunning property
The property is even more amazing than the photos. The local people and Miriam who greeted us and helped with whatever we needed. Amazing people. The grounds and pool were brilliant. The house was picturesque.we as a family would recommend this property and area as it’s so peaceful and beautiful. Great for families . Great memories made there. Although we had problems with hire car company the holiday wasn’t ruined due to the property people and location.

Prachtig huis gelegen in volledige rust. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van de stilte, wat mensen betreft dan want voor vogelliefhebbers is er genoeg te zien en te horen. Nog nooit eerder zowel de wielewaal als een rode wauw vanuit de tuin kunnen bewonderen. Het huis mag dan wat ouder zijn maar de voorzieningen zijn helemaal up to date. De kamers waren netjes en ook de tuin en zwembad waren goed bijgehouden. Keuken en badkamers waren van alle gemakken voorzien.

Bijzonder ruim landhuis met landelijke inrichting. De ligging is fantastisch, veel privacy, geweldig uitzicht, geen tuin maar meer een park met heerlijk privé-zwembad. Enig minpuntje is de keukenuitrusting met een allegaartje van servies en glaswerk. Voor een huis van dit soort standing mag je meer verwachten. Overigens is wel voorzien in (bad-)handdoeken voor keuken en bad/douche.

Een prachtig landhuis met uitgebreide faciliteiten voor de kinderen: zwembad,trampoline,schommel,pingpongtafel,..... Prachtige kamers met mooie badkamers twee mooie grote terrassen met BBQ en vuurschaal die erg in de smaak viel. Een klein minpuntje de koffiezet ontbrak maar er was wel een Senseo Op het terras achteraan zou wel wat meer licht mogen zijn het is er s avonds erg donker.,gelukkig bracht de vuurschaal gezellig licht. Misschien een hekje voor de trap ,voor kinderen <3 jaar was het wel oppassen. Maar voor de rest zeker aan te bevelen, prachtig domein en heerlijke rust.

Bij aankomst was het even zoeken naar de juiste oprit tussen twee enorme heggen, ...
Bij aankomst was het even zoeken naar de juiste oprit tussen twee enorme heggen, maar als je het eenmaal gevonden had begon het genieten. Wij zijn warm ontvangen door Saskia die ons alles heeft laten zien. Deze villa had voor ons (5 volwassenen) alles wat wij nodig hadden voor een week. De enorm mooie uitzichten, het goed verzorgde zwembad, een volledig ingerichte keuken, 3 badkamers en genoeg plekjes om te zitten in of uit de zon. Wij zijn in de omgeving naar Lac de Rouffiac en Château de Hautefort. Verder is de supermarkt (relatief kleine) 5 minuutjes rijden en een grotere supermarkt 20 minuten rijden. We hadden nog tips gekregen voor typisch Franse markten, maar die hebben we dit jaar maar even overgeslagen. Al met al was het een super mooie villa, met haar charmes (soms wat klemmende ramen, krakende vloeren) die horen bij zo'n oma. Wij hebben een week lang kunnen uitrusten en genieten.

Wij konden heel gemakkelijk het huis in, de sleutel lag klaar. we hadden een ontzettend lekker bed en twee heerlijke mooie douches. de grond en het zwembad om het huis heen waren geweldig! het enige wat voor ons een minpuntje was, is dat er in de buurt weinig te beleven viel. wel konden we hier ontzettend mooi wandelen met onze twee grote honden. de eigenaresse van dit huis was ontzettend aardig en zorgde dat we het echt naar onze zin hadden. buiten mogen wel wat lampen aangeschaft worden het is echt pik en pik donker en er valt niets te zien, als er iets was kon je haar ook meteen bereiken en werd het opgelost. erg fijn!
