"Savan Resorts is a beautiful hotel thats conveniently located about ten minutes to Savannakhet Airport. When we arrived the staff were attentive and helped us with our bags. We stayed on both sides of the resort which is a casino. The suites were very nice. They have many amenities including a gym, pool, spa, cafe and lots of food options! Everyone that worked there were so kind and were willing to go out of their way to help us. We enjoyed the cafe, spa, and chopstix. On our departure day they told us about their free airport shuttle and their employee Win went with us and helped us check in and stayed with us until we got through security. The service was impeccable I’d definitely stay there again. "

"This place is basically a hotel room. That’s it. Definitely not a resort. They only serve continental breakfast. No lunch. No dinner. The room didn’t have a closet. They only supplied one towel per person. There was nothing to do as you would expect from a resort. Noisy at night. "
