The smell of sewage out of the drains in the bathroom is overwhelming. We were going to use this as an extended stay, man are we glad we only booked 1 night. Pretty new facility made with cheap everything in it and done with unskilled ∨ uncaring workers. This place will be a junk heap inside of 2 years!

Stay would have been better if we were given the room we booked; we booked a double queen but instead received a king with a pull out couch. Also there is a weird odor in the elevator. The staff was nice though.

The property is clean and relatively new but it is primarily an extended stay place and is noisy with lots of kids. It quietens down after dark. The staff left a shipping pallet of supplies sitting in the hallway for 2 of the 3 days of my stay. They offer NO amenities not even coffee.

There was a dirty rag on top of the shower head... different colors and types of hair all over the bed, under the covers, on then pillows and all over the floors getting stuck to feet and socks. Complained and all she said was omg. We had to take out own trash to the dumpsters, thats whay they told us when we asked for housekeeping. Staffs said if we wanted daily housekeeping there was an additional fee. We had to return dirty towels before we could get clean towels and some of the female staff were just rude. This was a very unusual stay.

I liked the full kitchen i did not like not having any amenities in the room. No cups, no coffee, no toilet paper. Had to go and buy everything. Shower was hot ebough for one person to take a quick shower, then had to qait 1/2 hr for it to heat up again. Trash in back was overflowing and smelled.

Took forever to get the front desk staff to show up, a sweet lady from housekeeping started the process of looking up our reservation cause no one was showing up. If you need a handicap shower the front desk staff could care less. I even asked before leaving the desk if it was a transfer shower as booked she said yes we get to the room and it’s a regular tub/shower. Went back down the stairs cause the elevator was out (good thing my husband was not in his wheelchair) to get the right room and had to tell her three times it was not a handicap tub before she understood like I didn’t know what a tub is. Ended up with a portable shower chair in a handicap tub not shower. If you are needing the kitchenette for your stay be aware they do not provide any cookware, utensils plates silverware or coffee pot. Bring your own towels if staying more than one night they only give two towels and two washcloths for any length of stay. The staff should be aware of which rooms are handicap and take the time to see when they are booked.. and contact customers if they run out.

Arrived for a late check in. Looked like people living in their vehicles in the parking lot. The parking lot reeked like sewage. The inside smelt like weed. We were there roughly 20 mins and decided to not stay there and was refused a refund.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff at the front dest was not really friendly...I expressed my concern and question about the paper Mill smell and my room smelled like cigarettes when I woke up, but the front desk lady blew me off to talk to someone about whatever...they should also look into the chicken curry smell in the hallways... By the way, then really need to update there address or remark it on Google maps...the address given brings you to a parking spot behind a shopping center, it's easy...tell people it's behind taco bell or off the other road!
