It was perfect.
We loved every minute of it. The historic home. The beautiful, comfortable furniture. The nice patio to sit out and read on. The updated bathroom, a/c and kitchen. The central placement with everything. The communication from the property owner. It was perfect. We will be back.

Beautiful Jones Street
WOW, loved this apartment. The place is very traditional, kitchen is fine although we did not cook at all because too many great restaurants. I loved the quirkiness of the apartment, fridge is in a hallway, sunroom with only a coffee bar in it, it made you think of how it was used in its heyday. Would love to rent again.

Beautiful property on one of the nicest streets in Savannah. Walking distance to almost everything of note in the historic district. Place was clean and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is elegant and cozy at the same time. The location was close enough to walk to everything. I can’t imagine experiencing Savannah any other way. A hotel could never have the same charm.

Fit for a Queen
This property gives you the feel of being in Savannah as soon as you walk through the door. Beautifully and tastefully decorated yet cozy, comfortable seating as well. Close enough to walk to all of the Savannah highlights. Management was readily there to answer questions and assist if needed. Five plus STARS. Thank you.

This beautiful, historic home was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. It is close to restaurants, shopping, walking/trolley tours and all those beautiful squares that offer shade under the gorgeous oaks with hanging moss. Very walkable! Off street reserved parking was a plus. Inside the upstairs stay included a living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee bar and outside shared porch seating - very spacious with tall ceilings and southern charm decor. Will stay again!

Beautiful and Spacious!
First off, Jones Street is full of beautiful homes and lovely architecture. This home fits right in. Home was very clean, spacious and filled with beautiful furniture. The pictures are accurate. You must use the back stairs instead of the front door, but that didn’t really bother us. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered private front porch and people watching. Only thing that was a little odd is that there is a semi-frosted set of doors that look out onto the foyer which is used by the 2 upstairs units and their guests. These doors are directly across from the bathroom, so you need to be dressed when exiting the bath or walking through to the kitchen. But, we really did not have any problems and would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was good.

Great location! Beautiful rooms!
We stayed here before because of the West Jones St location in the Historic District. Identical to a few years ago. This trip was slightly marred by the noise of upstairs tenants apparently moving out from 6pm-10pm on three of the 4 nights we were there. Easy walk to numerous places to eat or even a Kroger's, lots of parks and squares in the vicinity and also SCAD. A great house in an excellent location. You may want to bring your own pillows as we struggled to sleep comfortably on the ones on the bed.

Great location and beautifully furnished. The two main things I can say is the bedroom was hot. Did not matter if we kept the drapes pulled together or not but it was uncomfortable at night when sleeping. Also there is rot and visible maintenance needed in the outside of the building.

Fantastic location
This is our second time visiting Savannah. We came with our poodle. We rent a lot of vacation homes and this one of the best. Kitchen had everything even spices. The place was clean and bathrooms were great. Bed was a king and it was so comfortable. Because of its location we walked everywhere and did not use our car. It had a parking place not on the street which is a plus. It was just like the picture. The only negative I can list is that you have to go up stairs to get in so if you have issues climbing stairs this place is not for you. Overall it is an A+++

Staying at 121 West Jones Parlor
We loved staying here, the house itself was gorgeous and the amenities were on point. The location was perfect, we were able to walk wherever we wanted to eat which was a bonus because we didn’t want to find parking. That was a big reason why we chose the house in the first place. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future and look forward to it. The only thing that I would’ve like to be different was the AC. I know because it’s an old house that it’s hard to cool in the summer, it never got below 71 degrees. It was only noticed at night when going to sleep, but the fan provided helped so much! Thank you so much for making out trip even better!

This property is incredible! It is one bedroom - which was perfect for my husband, myself, and our baby. There was ample space for the pack and play in another room. This rental is centrally located on Jones St., and was fully appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the side porch for people watching on Jones St and the best part was having the parking spot directly behind the house. We’ve been to Savannah many times and parking is always a problem. Traveling with a baby means having a lot of stuff and it was just wonderful to have our car right there. When we come back to Savannah we will definitely book this property again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our last stay at the Jones Parlor reflected and defined what is called a "Slum Lord" property. We have attempted at the first and second stay review to share all the issues and dissapointments of this unmanaged property and building but to no avail. All the problems shared including the need for a new shower head, a new kitchen faucet, new bathroom blinds, dirty fabric furniture, sofa and chairs, missing art work on walls with drywall damages seen, terrible white LED light bulbs inside and out which destroy any presentable or historical glamour on Jones Street, repulsive patio entrance with filthy rattan sofa, damaged stairs, graffiti at entrance area etc, etc, etc fell on deaf ears. The icing on the cake is the continued use of numerous plug-in, toxic air deodorizers resulting in asthma and respiratory ailments have also gone without response. We love Savannah and can afford any type of accommodations, which can include elegant dinner parties with local business owners but have no choice to return to renting a hotel suite in that city. Using Cora Bett Thomas Vacation Rentals has yet to prove successful and paying non-refundable fees for cleaning etc are unjustified on all levels as none of the accommodations have reflected a "well kept" premise. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Savannah and 121 W Jones is an excellence location. Overall we find the Parlor nicely decorated and a pleasant atmosphere. There are a few issues that should be addressed and they seem to linger from our previous stays: 1. It is extremely annoying that we are not allowed to enter the parlor by the front door. The explanation we were given is not logical. I was able to find replacement parts for the locks on-line. They are not original. The locks have worked fine in the past. 2. The shower water temperature lacks adjustment. We had to request assistance and the solution was at best temporary. 3. The kitchen facet needs to be replaced; it works on spray only and not well at that. 4. The bathroom sink stopper needs to be repaired - minor repair. Our request for assistance with the shower was promptly addressed on Monday morning. With the above exceptions we had a very nice stay and look forward to staying again.

Reviewer Comments: This home has good points and great reviews, however the basement apartment has a large barking dog that is home alone a lot , all hours barking. The unit rear (only) entrance has narrow old steep steps that can be difficult with animal on leash and carrying items. There were no smoke detectors in the unit only fire extinguishers sitting in 3 rooms. The spa shower never had enough water pressure to enjoy its full potential. The front entrance to building to the lobby, the units keys did not work so you only entered one way which was odd since your parlor doors go to the lobby. We called the management number listed on app and, no one responded regarding the barking/noise complaint. We had our dog with us and stayed 4 nights , therefore we would not recommend this home to our friends. Between the barking and the loud walker on the floor above you makes it hold for your dog not to say hello back.
