Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.

​​​​​​​We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, convenient location. The only downside is move your vehicle out of the parking garage before you check out or you have to pay $42 for parking

Awesome girls trip!
We had a weekend girls trip and the location of this unit could not have been better! The included parking pass for the nearby deck was also a big plus. Would totally recommend this unit to anyone!

My family and I loved the condo!!! It was beautifully renovated and in a great location. So many great shops and restaurants near by. The property management was also very kind and friendly when we spoke to them. Would recommend!!!

Property was conveniently located - loved that! As previous reviews stated the beds are comfy. It was a great setup for 2 couples! And it is noisy at night but weren't bothered. Great place. Our only issue is the light wouldn't turn off while still keeping the ceiling fan running. Oh well. It didn't ruin our weekend.

Amazing location with lots of things to do in short walking distance. Very comfortable beds, perfect lay out for two couples. This was a nice and bustling area. I was expecting it to be extremely loud based on reviews, but have any issues sleeping at all. Would highly recommend! We will be returning for sure!

Amazing Walkability
The location was amazing - so easy to walk to lots of delicious restaurants and shops. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the spaciousness of the bedrooms. Plenty of space for our family of five by utilizing the sofa bed. The included garage parking was an excellent perk. It was really easy to load/unload our car in the alley by the building then move it to the garage. As other reviews have said, there will be noise at night because of the location, but we went in with those expectations and it wasn’t a big deal for us at all. We would definitely return.

Dave Matthews Concert stay
Great get away for the Dave Matthews concert. Building is a bit outdated, but the apartment was clean and comfy. Wi-Fi would have been nice, but we we not in the room that much. Very close to everything and we never had to move the car. It’s a bit noisy early in the morning, but the convenience makes it worth it.

A great location amazing apartment
This property is located in a great location. You can walk through the whole historical district from this property. The apartment is clean and very modern. On Friday and Saturday nights traffic noise is a little loud inside the apartment. Common areas of the building need to be cleaned. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Nice location, but very noisy at night. Bathroom baseboard and walls not super clean. Also dust on walls from vents. Had a problem with parking pass and manager was offended we asked for our money back for parking.

Girls trip
The location was good, you can hear all the noise from the street at night. I like the king size beds, the bedding could have been better quality. The place was clean but maybe needs a little paint in some places. The hallway smelled like dog, but condo smelled okay. Pretty good for the price.

Great Location
Great Location, plenty to do within easy walking distance. As for no WiFi, not a big deal, we just took our Fire Stick and a portable Hot Spot. We watched streaming programs all week no issue. Took ear plugs and a fan took care of any street noise. If you need the bedroom to be totally dark at night I would packing sleeping mask. Place is perfect for two couples.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, however, it's near the bars if you are looking for a little quiet at night. Traffic and bargoers very loud. Internet connection is through the city and not so good. I would recommend this place for location, but beware of the noise

Amazing area perfect to able walk everywhere “Great Condo” very clean no issues at all we recently retired ! Evenings outside area very loud street noise, several in-housed individuals around as usual in other’s cities, but no major issues! Recommend Funky Brunch for Breakfast very fun, Joe’s Crab Shack River Street. Otherwise no Wi-Fi tv are over air so few channels…Absolutely would recommend and we would differently come back again!!!

Great location but loud
The location of this property is great! A convenient walk away from historical Savannah and River Street. However, because of its great location it is incredibly loud at night until about 3 am. We sleep with a sound machine nightly, and it still did not help drowned out the noise. If you are visiting Savannah and plan to enjoy the night life this place is great! If you are coming with your family and would like to go to bed at a reasonable hour, then maybe look at a different place. No internet is included and there are very limited channels on the tv.

Great Apartment in Town
We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. The apartment was right in town which was in walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and the king beds were very comfortable! The only problem was the traffic noise and the people partying late in the evening. We read the reviews and were aware of the noise. That’s what happens if you want to be in the city. Bring earplugs and a sound machine. We enjoyed our stay!

Trip to Savannah
Elevator and hallways are very dark. Condo was nice. Right on the street so noisy at night. Good location for walking most places. Opened shutters in den and windows need cleaning. There were vines growing inside. Also looked like sheetrock repair had recently been done and there was sheetrock dust on the floor and counter.
