Rusty light fixtures. Exposed outlets. Unclean refrigerator. Dirty floor. Funky smell. Many people live here. Outside hall and stairway smells like urine.

Check-in took 2 hours because of Expedia not processing things properly and providing no real assistance by phone. The counter person, Ms. Ali Collins was fantastic, but could not get Expedia to correct the issue. The room provided was nonsmoking, but clearly had been smoked in. I had to wash everything when I made it home. Smelled terrible.

Pleasantly surprised!
I thought we were just getting a typical room with 2 queen beds but was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a suite with a separate living room and a little kitchen so I could have a home cooked meal for the 1st time in a while. I didn’t have to go but my own pan but it was worth it. Bonus was we were right next to the pool so my kids could play easily.

Mold smell bathroom moldy and broken. Floor dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would be black. The TV didn’t work and the phone didn’t work I couldn’t even call 911 ( line dead) that’s a safety issue. Pests were detected and roaches and spiders. The pool was slimy and smelly. The keys cards didn’t work. Brought it up to management and said there is nothing he can do. He can’t switch my room.

This property is awful . It is nasty. Had to sanitize the room. Use bathroom cleaner . Toilet did not work. We got in the first room and the toilet was broken so we had to go down and get moved. We got into the second room. Toilet did not work so we were unable to use the bathroom in the room unless we took the back of the toilet off and filled it with water. This property is awful. I would never go there again. It was nasty out of date and honestly I don't think that Expedia should even be affiliated with this property. I think they should stop renting for this property

Up keep of some of the rooms that I saw and the one I stayed in was poorly kept. Housekeeping is poor and the cosmetic makeup( lack thereof) is as well needs work. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean and make it suitable for my son and myself.Keith was of excellent customer service, for some reason I am not able to upload photos but I will not stay there again and don't recommend that hotel.
