Although the property itself was acceptable, it was not what we expected. We did not feel comfortable there. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Initially, we actually tried to cancel our reservations. We did not realize that the day we booked, was the only day we could cancel (they require 30 days notice) and even though we purchased insurance, we were denied a waiver. The rental company was keeping the entire cost of our stay. Expedia did nothing to assist us. Therefore, we kept the reservation. We cut our stay short. This trip started off on a bad note and we left early to get away from the feeling of being uncomfortable.
