Adorable cottage
The cottage was just as described. This was our fourth time staying there and we love staying there when we’re in Savannah. It’s just perfect for our family of three. Very clean, everything we need was provided, very easy communication with owner. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful and Quiet Cottage
This is exactly what we look for when we want accommodations during our travels. The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-stocked. It was obvious that the owner takes great pride in both the cottage and the surroundings. Downtown Savannah was a short and quick drive. We highly recommend.

Lovely little getaway spot
Cozy little cottage just as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Located adjacent to the owner’s property. Beautiful live oaks with Spanish moss, gardens and even chickens who supply some delish eggs! Quiet atmosphere away from the city. We’ll be back hopefully next spring! Property owner/manager very kind and helpful! Thanks for a memorable weekend!

This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to escape after a day of touring Savannah. Sitting on the porch with a glass of wine or coffee in the morning makes everything okay. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Loved the fresh eggs, coffee, and big comfy bed.

Great place on a quiet street!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage! My wife, son (18 months), and I stayed here for a week over Christmas. My wife is from Savannah and we were there visiting family around the corner for the holidays. It felt like home and we appreciated using the space over the holidays. Thanks for a great stay!

great place to stay
Two nights at this lovely cottage gave us a full day to visit Savannah. It is close enough to get to city and surrounding areas in a brief drive but out enough to have an uncrowded setting. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a walk around a few lanes.The cottage was clean and and well appointed with the basics. There was a grocery within a short drive. The chicken coop did provide us, with the owner's permission, two fresh eggs for breakfast. We would come again if we were in the area.

I am currently working in the area and this is the best place. It is so relaxing to come home each night to this place. Jennifer is great and goes out of her way to make sure you have all you need. I will be back for sure

I felt transported iback in time to more peaceful days. It was a beautiful place.
The hostess was very kind and available. I love the setting, and I enjoyed the extra benefit of having chickens nearby and enjoying a few fresh eggs, they were willing to give. Everything was nice, it wasn’t new, but it was so comfortable that I felt welcome and at ease and it is exactly what I needed.

Quiet escape
This is my second stay at "The Cottage." I came with my Mom and daughter. We had a great time, got a pleasant rest and were able to visit downtown Savannah and Tybee Island twice during our stay. My Mom, who is almost 86, said she would love for me to book "The Cottage" again, but for a month. Just that much fun!

Awesome retreat
Everything went well. Host was on hand and helped with any queries we had.Our stay in this beautiful little cottage was first class and we'd recommend for anyone wanting a quiet space in a lovely part of the South which is handy to shops but everything is supplied other than your food. Hooray for the Stay at The Cottage! As a seasoned traveller of 50+ years, this was one of the best venues I have experienced. The cottage and its environs are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Jennifer was super hospitable and accessible for questions or advice about the property or anything else we needed. The house has comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen and laundry on site. Beautiful cottage
If I could give this cottage a 10 star rating I would. We absolutely loved it. It was so quiet and relaxing after a busy day in the city. From sitting and drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and watching the chickens to having a drink late in the evening it was just so peaceful. Jennifer did such a great job decorating the cottage and was such a great host. We would absolutely stay there again if we are ever in the area and will definitely recommend to our friends.

Comfortable and Peaceful Place
We enjoyed our time staying at the Savannah Cottage while in the area over Thanksgiving. Jennifer is a welcoming and delightful host and clearly takes great care with the cottage and the entire property. We are also short term rental owners with a property managed by evolve so we notice the little things which make a stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was fun to have a few fresh eggs for breakfast one morning from the chicken coop and we appreciated to homemade bar of soap provided.The cottage is located in a quiet corner just off the beaten path but convenient to the main routes in and around Savannah. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking
The pictures for this listing don’t do it justice. Upon pulling into the driveway, to entering the house, I was in awe of everything I saw. The decor, cleanliness, amenities, coziness, and more made our stay in Savannah 100% better than we imagined! Jennifer Jo was super accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. Cozy, Charming, Convenient Cottage... with Chickens!
This cozy cottage was conveniently located to restaurants, stores and Downtown Savannah. The homeowner was so accommodating and communicative, even going out of her way to share website links to her favorite local restaurants. We went to two of her recommended locations and they were both delicious. The Cottage was extremely clean and absolutely charming. The friendly chickens and fresh eggs were a wonderful addition. We would be glad to stay in this lovely Cottage in Savannah again.

Quaint little property
A very unique property. Very cute. Clean and well decorated. Quiet. There are chickens on site from which you can collect fresh eggs (but no roosters thank goodness!). I'd say it would be a bit small for a family, but perfect for two adults.

Cozy cabin
Absolutely amazing! Pristine, serene and beautifully landscaped. Traveled to Savannah for a tournament and found this gem. Owner Jennifer Jo is very hospitable and helpful for any and every need. Property was inmaculate on a side quiet street. My teen son walked in and remarked, “this is the kind of house I want one day”- that is the best kind of review in itself. Stocked with books for added enjoyment. Will definitely be staying for all future tournaments in Savannah- if I can beat my friends first to the booking. Thank you for providing such a nice option on vrbo.

Southern cottage
The cottage was very quaint but needs a lot of maintenance. The property was listed as fully stocked pots and pans were old there was one kitchen towel no hand soaps . Microwave was in the laundry room and the electrical outlets didn’t work. The bathroom needs updated vanity was peeling. The biggest issue was the queen size bed was loud and squeaky so much that we moved to other bedroom to get a good night sleep.I feel the cottage should be better stocked and needs better cleaning. The wicker furniture on the porch is old and cushions need replaced.The love seat in the living room is uncomfortable and needs replaced. I think the owner needs to do quite a bit of maintenance to make this a good property for guest’s to stay. When we arrived the owner said the door would be unlocked we waited while calling her and had to sit in our car instead of giving us the code upfront. My impression rustic cottage with very few amenities.

Peaceful, easy feeling
Cottage was fantastic...just what i was looking for. Close enough to everything but far enough away to avoid the crowds and traffic. The chickens there are awesome and had a small group of deer with a spotted fawn come thru the yard while relaxing there. The owner is really nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for something similar. I'll definitely be staying again when I return to savannah for any future visits.
