This unique experience awaits you at Tattnall House, offering the luxury and privacy of this historic home all to yourself.

Built in 1853, this beautiful 2 story brick home accommodates up to 4 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate dressing room, a lovely living room and adjoining dining room. Through the kitchen with it's original exposed brick wall you'll find the private courtyard and seating.

Tattnall House is located in one of the most beautiful sections of downtown near the famously appointed "America's Most Beautiful Street" Jones Street. You are within walking distance to many of the famous attractions including: Forsyth Park, The Jepson Center for the Arts, shopping, historic tours and many restaurants including Mrs. Wilkes and The Crystal Beer Parlor.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people including infants/children, at ALL times.
No pets. No smoking.
Minimum age of person reserving must be at least 25 years old, no exceptions.
NO PARTIES! NO Bachelorette/bachelor groups!!
The exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras. There are, of course NO cameras inside.

Upon reserving, you will receive emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA and/or Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam/junk folders.

Cancellations:
If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels.
You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.

This was our first trip to Savannah and we are hooked! We definitely will return! This is a beautiful town with so much history and things to do. This quaint condo was absolutely perfect for us. The location of this very comfortable and accommodating condo was awesome! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also enjoyed our morning coffee in the beautiful courtyard. Great trio! This home was perfect for our stay. Located in a quiet area within 20 minutes walk of everything you want to see. Nearest park square 2 minute walk. Perfect place for a morning coffee on a bench. Kitchen and bathroom both very modern. Remainder of home left with historic touches ...just what you want in Savannah! Courtyard was a nice place to cool off but unfortunately the no see ums were voracious! Bring a little bug repellent during the season and you should have no problem. The space is much bigger than i expected and i would stay there again

Amazing Girls Weekend in Historic Savannah
The home itself is absolutely beautiful, historic, clean and overall perfect for a girls weekend! It was within walking distance of many parks, shops, restaurants, and tours. Sibling Trip
From start to finish we loved the property. It was beautiful, the perfect size and with everything we needed to enjoy 4 days in Savannah. It was close to virtually everything and allowed us to eat it many great restaurants, take tours and just walk the beautiful streets. Would highly recommend this property to any small group, couples or close friends. March was a perfect time of year to visit with with cool breezes in the evening to enjoy the courtyard.

Location, location, location!
AND a true example of Savannah historic district building and its interior. WITH that walled garden to sit out in. I mean. really, don't see how it could be any better. On street parking never the slightest problem. Very good and thorough signs inside for how everything works. No weirdnesses due to age of building--everything functioned very well.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood!
Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here! My family and I have stayed in vacation rental homes regularly for over 20 years, and this ranks in my top 5. For sure my favorite historic home👍🏻. Older homes are sometimes lacking in up-keep, however it was very clear that much time and forethought has been put into decorating, and it is charming through and through. Loved the exposed brick in the kitchen, the adorable courtyard with garden lights and bistro table, and lovely parlor area! The home was clean, all amenities provided for nicely, and attentive host. Only suggestions would be to replace the beds and a small note with instructions on how to work the DVD player. There was a video collection and my girls wanted to watch a show, but neither my husband nor myself could forgive it out (and he is pretty tech-savvy too). Otherwise, lovely home and we would love to come back again! Be sure to take a beautiful stroll along Jones St and get breakfast at Clary’s Cafe for a southern breakfast with friendly wait staff!

Wonderful home.
Really enjoyed our weekend at Tattanall House. Great location. Very close to everything. Very well appointed. And quiet. Only thing you should be aware of is that there is one bathroom and it is on the second floor so keep that in mind when you book.
