This estate is truly a piece of Savannah history and has maintained so many original details. Despite these beautiful nods to the past, there are also so many modern updates including a luxurious en suite bathroom, designer furnishings, and individually climate-controlled rooms - important in Savannah!

Your 3rd-floor suite is private with its own entrance through common hallways and stairs. This suite was the prior mansion's Art Studio and features a luxurious Queen bed that will make you want to sleep in! An Instaworthy bathroom, gorgeous shower, original brick & plaster walls, and unique interior design finishes add to this suite's popularity.

If you're feeling social, sit down for a cigar with the locals in the gazebo across in Crawford Square.

The Present Hotel does NOT have a front desk and uses self-check-in via your reservations boarding pass provided to all guests after booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification required.

Housekeeping: The Present Hotel does NOT provide daily housekeeping during your stay. You can request stay-over service when here at the property by messaging us.

Special: This is a third-floor unit that has 2 flights of stairs required to climb to access unit (NO Elevators at Property). Room is in the main tower of property is accessible via main entrance off Houston St. or Courtyard off East McDonough St.

TV: Room has Xfinity Cable. (TV does not give access to Apps)

Wi-Fi: The property has Free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by the whole property.

Coffee-Maker: Unit does NOT have a coffee maker. Coffee Bar with Keurig Machine and Breville Espresso Machine located on the second floor of main tower.
