This property seems to be old and has two different "hotels" within the facilities, the Sleep Inn and the Main Stays Suits. The front desk woman didnt seem to happy, probably because she was doing 3 people job, so it took some time for the check in. We went to the VERY spacious room and drop the bags until we came late. The I realize the room was for two beds but one had been removed, thats why was so spacious! It had a dinnette with complete kitchen with full size fridge, a 2 burner stove, 2 microwaves (one of them didnt work), and a dishwasher. Also had dishes and cups, although no dish soap of any kind. The shower had, what appeared to be a broken shampoo dispenser, and rusted stains in the tub floor. The shower curtain had dirt spots, and even the pillows had dirt spots. The housekeeping was NOT tight, and the bed sheets seemed had just been straight up from the previous guess use. And the worse after all these was the bad incense smell all throughout the facility. I dont think will be coming back here.

My room smelled horrible upon arrival I had to light candles clean but plug ins and drench the room in cleaning solutions. The service was horrible extremely rude with no professionalism. The hotel stinks really bad and appears to be unsafe employees do not enforce rules so no quiet hours

Literally, trash in front of our door when we checked in. (Bag of food from somewhere). Some lights didn't turn on. Evening greeter was not welcoming. Folks running breakfast were terrific. Pool closed.

Better than most Midtown budget hotels
Nice hotel in Midtown. Nicer than most of the others we have stayed in. They originally gave me a suite with a bedroom which was nice but I needed 2 beds (as per the reservation.) They switched me to a double room and it was fine. Mini kitchen was nice to have, breakfast was basic but good

Hotels.com were very misleading and failed to inform me that the electricity was not working. This all while trying to find suitable accomodations during the hurricane. The reservation went through no problem but they failed to mention that there was no electricity on site. I could have stayed home in a hot, dark house rather than having to experience those same conditions at the property. Now I am going in circless to get my reservation funds returned to me. Talk about taking advantage of someone during an emergency.
