Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. A wonderful place to explore Savannah from. 2 blocks up by church you can catch Savannah Trolley Tour (stop #7) with ticket purchase online. The owner is very responsive and has done a beautiful job on remodel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Getaway
It was my first time visiting Savannah and everything was terrific minus the REALLY cold weather! This cute little apartment was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway! It’s in a great location, as is right down the road from downtown Savannah. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute, quaint one bedroom apartment.

The best getaway spot!
We absolutely loved our stay here! It was exactly how it was pictured on the site, very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed! It was really close to everything which made it easy to explore the city. The parking and check in/out process were really easy as well. My husband and I had a great time at this property. We didn’t feel like we were missing comforts of home you may have in a rental. It is a short walk to neighboring cafes and restaurants and about 20 min from Broughton and River St areas. Check in and out was easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Savannah.

40th wedding anniversary trip.
Overall it was a great trip. There was one night the tenants upstairs were being really rowdy but other than that everything was perfect! Really enjoyed having a garage to put the car in. Great location. Walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had a great stay at this garden unit. It was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all needed amenities. It was within walking distance to the river and all of the shops in between. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Stay in All Regards
This was one of the best VRBO places we've ever stayed at! Great location, brand new condo with great furnishings, right in the historic district. It was so nice to lock our (smallish) SUV in the garage and not touch it our entire stay...we walked to everything. Savannah is a GREAT place to visit.
