Great Downtown Condo With Pool!

Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.

Everything downtown Savannah has to offer is nearby including historic tours, fine dining, tours, great nightlife, museums, mansions, art galleries, parks, coffee shops and much more!

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I liked that I could spread out a little in multiple rooms. Great location for sightseeing. The screen door wouldn't open so I didn't see the pool. The toilet was running due probably to a bad seal.but all in all, perfect for me

Perfect little space with everything we needed close by. About 1.5 mile walk to River St and lots to do and see along the way. Truly a beautiful city. Check out Dos Box (0.1 miles) for amazing drinks and the best bar food we've ever had!!

This was our first visit to Savannah. At first, we were not sure about the location, but had no problems. Having a parking space was great. We walked to everything, the condo was clean and very cute. Would definitely say here again.

The place was as described! It could use a view updates but we would come back and stay there again. Bed sinks in the middle so might just need some reinforcement underneath. Very cozy and charming place.

Great Stay!
We stayed here for the last 4 days of our honeymoon and really enjoyed this little house. It was very affordable and better than staying in a hotel. I would not recommend staying with more than two people but it was plenty of room for my husband and I. We could hear loud footsteps from the people in the condo beside us but it was not a huge deal. Some complained about the bed being high but there is a stool if you cannot get up otherwise we were able to get up ourselves. Very clean and the host responded quickly to my question. Would stay here again!
