Great Downtown Condo With Pool!

Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.

Everything downtown Savannah has to offer is nearby including historic tours, fine dining, tours, great nightlife, museums, mansions, art galleries, parks, coffee shops and much more!

The location of this VRBO is PERFECT! Close to so much awesome stuff. Residence is clean, check in and out are easy peasy. Off-street parking is a major bonus. Seriously such a great spot, thank you!!

Great Location

Perfect for 2 with multiple spaces to be in. Perfect location to walk to anything in Downtown Savannah, easy check-in instructions. We were completely independent and checked in and out on our own with the clear instructions given.

Taking my middle child to collage

Was a sad and happy trip. The place was good. The manager was fantastic. The fold out couch was not the best one side was kinda broke and there was a not so attractive stain in the upper right hand corner, the bathroom vent needs cleaned, the showerhead and or presser hurt, and please frost the window in the shower. I would book again though.

The place was easy to find with the included instructions. Very clean. There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away so I was able to walk over and grab everything that I needed to cook while we were there. We enjoyed our stay and would and will stay again.

We had a little issue at check in. Make sure you are on lane not street. The host answered immediately and walked me through where to go. Every time I communicated with the host she answered questions immediately. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This was a cute little historic place. Great location in walking distance of most things. Pool/outdoor area was great but at night could use some atmosphere lighting. Place was very well stocked and clean.

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I liked that I could spread out a little in multiple rooms. Great location for sightseeing. The screen door wouldn't open so I didn't see the pool. The toilet was running due probably to a bad seal.but all in all, perfect for me

It’s always a little nerve wracking renting accommodations you’ve never seen in a place you’ve never been but this property in the Historic District was wonderful! Instructions were clear, the pool was clean and a fantastic way to spend down time, and the lodging was cute and exactly what we needed. It was within quick walking distance to Kroger, the free trolly system, Forsyth Park, and what came to be our favorite cafe, the Sentient Bean. The host was communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway for 2

Perfect little space with everything we needed close by. About 1.5 mile walk to River St and lots to do and see along the way. Truly a beautiful city. Check out Dos Box (0.1 miles) for amazing drinks and the best bar food we've ever had!!

Peace in the City

This was such a lovely spot to stay! Very clean, cute, and the perfect spot to relax away from the hustle of downtown Savannah. So close to everything you need and easy walking distance as well. Would definitely stay again!

It was a very clean place and comfy place to stay! Looked exactly like the listing. The pool is very wonderful and taken care of. Its updated on the inside. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was it was hard to find which trash can was ours outside. Thanks for a great stay!
