Summary:
Built in 1914, this classically historic Savannah home is located in the Thomas Square Streetcar District near a ton of local restaurants. As you can see in the photos, it was totally renovated and professionally decorated just recently in 2020. It offers a totally contemporary modern feel with plenty of unique touches throughout, but much of the historic integrity has been left untouched. The gorgeous Heart of Pine flooring, generous trim and claw-foot tub have all been cleaned up and refinished, but are totally original to the home. We are situated in a transformed neighborhood that is now sprawling with fantastic local restaurants and bars. There is a new brewery just around the corner called Hop Atomica that has all of us locals raving about it.

Totally renovated and modernized while maintaining a bunch of the original character, this fresh and clean apartment is perfect for those seeking refuge from the real world! Escape into the beauty of Savannah and truly live like a local in the Thomas Square neighborhood, minutes away from some of the best restaurants that our City has to offer! This space can also be rented out monthly and is the perfect work-from-home station, with TWO desks - one in each bedroom for maximum privacy should you and your significant other both be working while traveling!

The entire downstairs space is yours. The upstairs section of the duplex is for the owner and is totally blocked off from the downstairs.

The Neighborhood:
We are situated on main thoroughfare but it is relatively quiet at night. It is in a recently transformed neighborhood with a ton of local eateries, including Green Truck Pub, The Vault Kitchen & Bar, Cotton & Rye, Elizabeth's on 37th, Tacos and Tequila, Fork & Dagger, and much more!
