Vacation Rental Savannah – 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, private guest house that sleeps up to 6(call for additional people). TWO NEW MEMORY FOAM BEDS - QUEEN AND TWIN (others on the way. The cottage is located on the south side of Savannah on 1 ½ acre lot, close to the Truman Parkway, shopping & Lake Mayer (a park with picnic, 1 ½ mile path, fishing, tennis and basketball courts +). Handicap Accessible, Fully furnished and includes many Appliances & Laundry Room, plenty of Kitchenware, Netflix, WIFI, Fire Pit & Picnic area and fenced in yard. This cottage is 10 minutes from Downtown and Historic District and 30 minutes from Tybee island. There is plenty of parking available. Utensils for Oyster Roast or Savannah’s Famous Low Country Boil are available upon request. There is also a $150 party fee (15+ persons, payable upon arrival). THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE. Fence is around a complex that includes other cottages and front gate left open. Pets must be housebroken, have current flea protection and cleaned up after. Others may have pets with them so I ask that no pet is left outside unattended and must be cleaned up after them. There is a newly installed Ring Door Security. It is turned on for your arrival and turned off after you arrive.

Very nice cottage in a great location
We had a lovely stay at "comfortable in Savannah" - we had a couple of issues after checking in, but they were quickly handled by the owner/property manager. Great location if you have pets - the property was large and was a treat for our puppies. I would recommend this location!

Quiet & serene
My family stayed here for 4 days. The house was clean & accurately photographed/described. The furniture was comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. I wasnt expecting multiple houses on the property (main house & 2 cottages) but the other guests were very quiet so it was almost the same as being alone. The property is beautiful with lots of green space, landscaping & a firepit. The location (for what we were interested in) couldn't be beat. Close to downtown with easy access on the Truman & about a 30 min drive to Tybee. This was a great find for us. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!
The house was in a great location. Close to downtown and only about 25 minutes from Tybee. The house was just as described and very cozy. Comes equipped with all you would need to make meals. My son loved playing the board games there. The owner was super nice. They even had some beach towels provided and let us borrow their boogie boards. I will definitely stay here again.

Lori is a great host, very friendly and quick to respond with any questions you may have. This was our second time staying at this cottage, that's how much we love and enjoy staying here. Awesome property for pets and their people.
This place isn't in downtown Savannah, but is convently located and much quieter. The grounds are fenced in with the exception of the driveway and there was a huge private lawn for our Newfies to run to their hearts desire. It isn't a fancy new high priced resort, but has everything you need for a family get together. We will definitely go back the next time we visit Savannah!

We brought our bikes from Vermont to discover the low country around Savannah and enjoyed the city. We spent a week we had a great time. We love the house. We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and newer on the inside. Neighbors dog barked at times, but the dogs owner was nice enough to put it in. Location was convenient for our visits to Savannah and surrounding areas. Lori was accommodating to our needs. The only issue was the couch could use a cleaning. Thanks for the hospitality and we would book again is we came back to the area.
