Beautiful top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center of Savannah's Historic District. On Abercorn Street north of Liberty Street. Walking distance to everything! Steps away from the Perry Lane Hotel, J. Christopher's, Drayton Towers, Hitch, McDonough's Pub, and tons of other shops, restaurants and museums. Across the street from the historic landmark Colonial Park Cemetery.

King bedroom with soaring ceilings overlooking Abercorn Street. 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Pullout Queen Sofa in Living Room. One Full Bathroom off hallway convenient for the group. Kitchen with coffee maker. Private Laundry in unit. $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Great Location

Nice apartment with easy access to historic downtown, restaurants, take away and a free parking space. Tv, WIfI worked well, kitchen had everthing you could need, bathroom was fine.Because of my own limitations I had a hard time getting in (I went to the wrong apartment :() and when I called the manager was very fast to answer and nicely helped me out. When my flights were cancelled they were very nice to offer a place for me to stay (and I didn't end up needing it).Overall - no complaints and a good visit.

Loved the place and location! Lighting in the unit could be better but overall the place is excellent! Longest walk to anything we wanted to see or do was 20 minutes. Savannah is a must destination if you love history!

Girls Trip

This apartment was just as described. It’s the perfect getaway spot for a girls trip. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was a huge plus. The only downside were all the stairs to climb after walking the town to get to the apartment!

Perfect spot for exploring

Our family had a fantastic visit at this location. Great spot within walking distance of just about everything Savannah has to offer, and it was great having the parking space for when we did need to venture further out. Excellent communication from the host, we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

This little peace of heaven is located right in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah. It is walking distance to many restaurants and plenty of entertainment for the family. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.

Perfect location

The property is perfect for walking all over the city. Most things were within 15 min walking distance of the property. It is a third floor unit so no one is walking around over your head. Having the washer and dryer also made it nice to be able to wash clothes and not have to pack as much.

Amazing location in an amazing city

Conveniently located, Very comfy and perfect for our family

We enjoyed utilizing this property for our stay. The location was ideal as it was in the historic district and very close to Juliette Gordon Low Museum and by Colonial cemetery. It was perfect for our family- we have a 7/9 year old. The property was very clean and comfortable. We also thought the interactive board was cool and booked the white trolly tour through there and that was a fun feature!

Outstanding Unit

We had a great stay at this vrbo unit. It's perfectly located across from the Colonial Cemetery in the heart of the Historic District. Everything was extremely well organized and exactly as presented & promised. We will stay here again in the future.

Great location

This is a great location in the heart of Savannah, perfect for our family to attend a college visit at SCAD and explore the city on foot. In unit laundry was awesome. Only request would be extra blankets. It got chilly at night and we would have appreciated them.

Good location

Good location. We could walk to most places we wanted to go. It would be nice to have a mirror other than the one in the bathroom, for example one on back of bedroom doors would be good. The only downside is the one bathroom, but nothing unexpected for our vacation.

Great location for a girls trip

This was a great location for 3 girls looking to stay in the heart of downtown. We did have a rental car, so the parking spot was a great addition, although everything was in walking distance. The space has old charm mixed with modern aspects. I would say to keep in mind this is in the heart of downtown so you may hear folks out and about during the night - but that’s a city space for ya. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit in the future!

Cozy and close

Loved staying in a local historic property. Check in and out was easy. Doors were not a problem. One parking spot was perfect. We walked everywhere with no problems. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We slept 6 adults comfortably. An extra mirror or two in the place would be helpful.

Stay in Beautiful Savannah

We had a fantastic time in Beautiful Historic Savannah. This apartment was in the perfect location!!! We could easily walk around the historic district and get to so many beautiful and interesting sights. Having a parking spot was a plus! Loved looking out at the leaves on the trees next to our windows in the bedroom !! It was such a treat to come back to our cozy apartment and just relax! The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient!!!! Great place to stay.!!! Diane

Great place and location!

Wonderful apartment and great location! We loved it! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with checking out as their Internet connection was not working properly. We had a hard time contacting them but when we did, it was taken care of. Other than that, everything was great and will stay again. Highly recommended!

Awesome historic house in a great location

This apartment is located right across the street from the city's historic cemetary. It was within walking distance of tons of great shops and restaurants. The apartment is small but well laid out. As this is a second story apartment, keep in mind there are lots of stairs. It was definitely nice having a designated parking spot! Plan to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only a small hotel size bottle of each is provided, but everything else you could need is there.
