Beautiful top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center of Savannah's Historic District. On Abercorn Street north of Liberty Street. Walking distance to everything! Steps away from the Perry Lane Hotel, J. Christopher's, Drayton Towers, Hitch, McDonough's Pub, and tons of other shops, restaurants and museums. Across the street from the historic landmark Colonial Park Cemetery.

King bedroom with soaring ceilings overlooking Abercorn Street. 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Pullout Queen Sofa in Living Room. One Full Bathroom off hallway convenient for the group. Kitchen with coffee maker. Private Laundry in unit. $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Our family had a fantastic visit at this location. Great spot within walking distance of just about everything Savannah has to offer, and it was great having the parking space for when we did need to venture further out. Excellent communication from the host, we would absolutely stay here again!

This little peace of heaven is located right in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah. It is walking distance to many restaurants and plenty of entertainment for the family. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.

Conveniently located, Very comfy and perfect for our family
We enjoyed utilizing this property for our stay. The location was ideal as it was in the historic district and very close to Juliette Gordon Low Museum and by Colonial cemetery. It was perfect for our family- we have a 7/9 year old. The property was very clean and comfortable. We also thought the interactive board was cool and booked the white trolly tour through there and that was a fun feature!

This is a great location in the heart of Savannah, perfect for our family to attend a college visit at SCAD and explore the city on foot. In unit laundry was awesome. Only request would be extra blankets. It got chilly at night and we would have appreciated them.

Good location. We could walk to most places we wanted to go. It would be nice to have a mirror other than the one in the bathroom, for example one on back of bedroom doors would be good. The only downside is the one bathroom, but nothing unexpected for our vacation.

Great location for a girls trip
This was a great location for 3 girls looking to stay in the heart of downtown. We did have a rental car, so the parking spot was a great addition, although everything was in walking distance. The space has old charm mixed with modern aspects. I would say to keep in mind this is in the heart of downtown so you may hear folks out and about during the night - but that’s a city space for ya. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit in the future!

Loved staying in a local historic property. Check in and out was easy. Doors were not a problem. One parking spot was perfect. We walked everywhere with no problems. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We slept 6 adults comfortably. An extra mirror or two in the place would be helpful.

We had a fantastic time in Beautiful Historic Savannah. This apartment was in the perfect location!!! We could easily walk around the historic district and get to so many beautiful and interesting sights. Having a parking spot was a plus! Loved looking out at the leaves on the trees next to our windows in the bedroom !! It was such a treat to come back to our cozy apartment and just relax! Wonderful apartment and great location! We loved it! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with checking out as their Internet connection was not working properly. We had a hard time contacting them but when we did, it was taken care of. Other than that, everything was great and will stay again. Highly recommended!

Awesome historic house in a great location
This apartment is located right across the street from the city's historic cemetary. It was within walking distance of tons of great shops and restaurants. The apartment is small but well laid out. As this is a second story apartment, keep in mind there are lots of stairs. It was definitely nice having a designated parking spot! Plan to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only a small hotel size bottle of each is provided, but everything else you could need is there.

We really enjoyed our stay and the property. The only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom. With three women getting ready, doing hair and makeup, that was a problem. Thankfully, we brought a makeup mirror and that did help! There is plenty of wall space to hang a mirror or two! Other than that, no real complaints!

Took a friends trip to Savannah for new years this year and this place was perfect! Everything was exactly as described and it was so nice to have off street FREE parking! We parked on Friday and didn’t need the car again until we left. Very walkable to Forsyth park, River street, city market, etc. There’s a market right around the corner, Parker’s I think it’s called (?) that has everything you might need in a pinch. The apartment itself is amazing and really makes you feel like you’re staying in a historic location. We spent most of our time on or around river street which is a nice 5-10 minute walk through the beautiful oaks of Savannah. Definitely would visit again!

Nice location with lots of space…but bring mirrors
Seriously, bring your own mirrors if you are traveling with more than one person! We had 4 girls with only one mirror in the bathroom. This apartment was in a great location and had LOTS of room inside to spread out which was incredibly nice! One other down side we had plan to cook a meal or two there but there were only two small pans and one was very dented and could not be used. We ended up going out for all our meals due to the lack of kitchen equipment. The beds where very comfortable and I loved that we had an abundance of pillows! The stairs in the back were quite scary going down because of how steep they were and the fact that it was about 3ft wide. Over all very nice place and would consider staying here again!

Great location!! Construction occurring behind the apartment. Construction began at 630am each morning waking us up. Was not told by realtor that the construction was occurring when booked apartment. Apartment located on major street, lots of late night noise. Was told by realtor to look for black awning on outside of front door when locating property. Huge tree in front of front door and not able to see awning. Need to update pictures when advertising. Parking space was provided with apartment, but due to construction occurring getting to parking space was a huge pain!
