THIS IS A SCAM property. Do not reserve it. The owner Dakota does not live in the property. It will tell you that he is out of state or not in the city. He will tell you that the cleaners will be there prior to your arrival, but no one shows up, and he will not give you the code, and we will wait until the day of to give you the address. THIS IS A SCAM

Never sent check in info and wouldnt answer the phone. We ended up having to stay in a hotel for the weekend, it was a nightmare getting everything set up after we'd driven all day to get to Savannah. If the host ever sees this seriously you suck

Unable to Stay Because Host Wouldn't Share Entry Info
I should have known that something was wrong when I did not receive any check-in or parking info for this property in the customary 3 days prior to start of rental timeframe. Even the morning of check-in, I was unable to reach the host by phone and the messaging was sporatic with the host insisting that information would be sent to me prior to check-in. Based on this info, my group of 3 adults made the 240 mile drive to Savannah and, upon arrival, we still had no check-in information at check-in time. Then I started being told that the cleaning staff had not finished, that most of the cleaning staff had COVID and that it was unknown when we could check-in. VRBO was fantastic in finding us a quality hotel for the night. The next day, we were never able to get a response from the host despite us wanting to still check-in to the rental, so we cancelled the reservation at this point. I've never had an experience like this using VRBO where a host would never give check-in and parking info. I would strongly recommend that you NOT book this property or with this host.
