We enjoyed our stay in this home! Very comfortable and clean. Great location with grocery store just a block away. Our only complaint would be the noise. You hear everything from the street/intersection outside. But all in all this was a great place for our family to stay while in Savannah for a wedding.

Nice condo in downtown savannah
Very nice space and floorplan. Location is convenient but as a group of women we weren't comfortable walking back from dinner after dark (just a little far from the central area) furniture and bedding in extra bedrooms could be upgraded for a much elevated experience.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great to have a parking space. Walking distance to Forsyth Park, easy car ride to Telfair and downtown. Intersection is a little noisy in the evening but quiets down after 11. Perfect for 3 adults!

Really nice place but on a busy corner street
We loved the layout of the house and the decor! The distance to the main attractions was perfect and walkable. It is on a busy corner street but we used white noise on our phones to sleep at night.

The house was clean and had all of the necessities. As others have mentioned the street noise can get loud but it didn’t bother us too much. We loved it was right across the street from the store. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t need to rent a car. We would stay here again!

Very much as stated in description. Convenient to everything, clean, property manager responsive. We had a very wonderful Christmas in Savannah complimented by this residence. And the property manager put up Christmas decorations and left gifts which started our family vacation with a warm and cozy vibe!

The property was alright. Definitely could use a deep clean (rugs, couches, walls, bedrooms). One thing we were surprised by was the area of town it was located in. I’ve been to Savannah a handful of times but not too familiar with outside of the historic district. It was a bit sketchy and you hear every road noise and person walking by.

Cozy Townhouse
The townhouse is fairly close to downtown and a convenient Uber location to the River. The corner is very noisy at night so bring earplugs. Overall a nice place but needs some upgrades like mattresses and kitchen items. Downstairs toilet needs a repair.

Historic District Home
The Price Place was exactly as described. Beautiful home that was very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Yes, the street noise can be loud, so recommend a sound machine if you retire to bed before 11 pm. If you prefer a very dark room to sleep in, bring a sleeping mask. We walked almost everywhere we went as parking downtown is limited. Helped us burn calories from all the pralines lol!

Property was clean and nicely updated. The master bedroom was extremely loud at night with traffic and people talking on sidewalk and shades let a lot of light in. There are 18 steps to 2nd floor which didn’t bother us but some tenants might want to know. Kroger a block away w Starbucks. We had a car but close walking to historic areas.

Beautiful Home and within walking distance of historical sites. I booked through VRBO but this is really a Vacasa Property so dealing with a Corp. No book like in VRBO or AirB&B that has information such as places to go, restaurants, WiFi and TV items etc. No sheets for the pull out beds, only 1 kitchen towel, no pots & pans, both the TV & WiFi did not work and had to work on modem.

Savannah overall is a very walkable city, but this home provided a good location close to the grocery store and Trolley stop! There were 8 of us who stayed at the home, and unfortunately, the sleep sofa was very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. We also were not provided with any linens for this bed. However, overall the home was beautiful and worth a stay!

Nice property. Would stay again. Would recommend adding oven mitts and increasing the number of kitchen towels for guests use. Ice maker did not work. Was promised ice cube trays would be dropped off for our stay. The trays never arrived.
