There is not much in that town, we did most of our eating out in Helen, GA. We went to Tallulah Falls which also was a bit of a drive but well worth it.

"All went well. There was no pool table like the listing showed so that was disappointing. Driveway was steep so keep that in mind. We saw a bear not far from the driveway going out so that was nice."

The location IS nice. It is near Hellen an central to a number of trails and waterfalls. A great place to ‘get away’. Oh, and if you want to disconnect from the grid, the Bear Paw cottage we stayed at had NO cell service or internet connection!
