There is not much in that town, we did most of our eating out in Helen, GA. We went to Tallulah Falls which also was a bit of a drive but well worth it.

"Our stay in the cabin was great. I would have given the cabin 5 stars except the cabin stays very cold inbthe living area a kitchen but too hot in the bedrooms to sleep. The location IS nice. It is near Hellen an central to a number of trails and waterfalls. A great place to ‘get away’. Oh, and if you want to disconnect from the grid, the Bear Paw cottage we stayed at had NO cell service or internet connection!
