Alpine Escape is the perfect vacation cabin rental for two couples or a small family of 4! Alpine Escape offers a private, wooded setting just far enough off the beaten path for peace and quiet, yet just 4 miles to Unicoi State Park and 7 miles to the Bavarian village of Alpine Helen GA!

The open floor plans offers ample room to stretch out, relax, play and rest -- with two king bedrooms (with private baths) makes Alpine Escape perfect for two couples, or a small family group.

Included are all the amenities needed for a mountain getaway. Soak your body in the private hot tub as you gaze at the fire on the screened in back porch. Or step inside and enjoy the interior fireplace in a rustic atmosphere -- and simply relax. If you do find that burst of energy, take one of the many nearby scenic trails to a waterfall, or go horseback riding or a Zip Line. Whatever your interest, Alpine Escape is the perfect cabin base for all your adventures!

Didn’t want to leave!
From the beginning, rental process was easy! Arrived pretty late to the property, lock box easy to locate, property was extremely clean and neat. Plenty of towels for the trip, plus 2 hot tub towels was a bonus. Used back bedroom, bed was very comfortable, water pressure in bathroom showers was good. If you are not used to well water, be ready, it is a different smell for sure. Driveway can be challenging, but was fine for us, I have a 4x4 with a lift kit. Overall wonderful stay and if we are back in this area again, will stay here again! TV remote needs batteries, but obviously not a big enough issue to dock the ratings.

Big Plus: Cabin was clean and nice. Centrally located for easy access to sites. Small Negatives: Not much room to turn car around and no real long distance views. We would stay here again in the future.

The best stay we’ve had in the mountains!!!
The cabin was clean and nice. It accommodated our group perfectly. The hot tub and pool table were the best way to unwind and relax with friends. The beds were a little too firm for us, but a good night sleep was had. We also arrived at night and got a little turned around but we found it!

Just looking for a quite get away. See some of N. Ga. The cabin was as expected. Comfortable beds, nice couch. Hot tub didn't seem very clean, icky. No internet intire stay, not sure if that's typical for the area. Ugly hole over shower in one bathroom. But we did enjoy the cabin and surrounding area. Thank you.

Ok…
Positive things: it’s not too far of a drive from Helen. The hot tub was nice and clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. Most of the cabin was clean. Negative things: There were two larger glasses for drinking—that’s it. The crevices of the couch were filled with peanuts and all kinds of funk. Don’t look under the couch. It’s gross. There was one measuring glass with no numbers on it—no measuring cups. I finally found one measuring spoon. There’s no firewood for any fireplace. The toilet in the first bathroom constantly stops up. I guess that’s why a plunger was conveniently sitting there. There’s no water pressure in the kitchen. For what we paid, I guess I expected more. Trying to make Thanksgiving dinner there was a challenge. We won’t be back.
