Decent breakfast selection ( open 630-11am) and checkout is 12 noon. Some refurb in lobby area , so a bit small at the moment. Helpful staff on the front desk. Would return. "

"This was a great hotel for the cost, admittedly room was not particularly large but great for the money we paid. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Spotlessly clean. Like a lot of hotels, no matter the star rating, lighting was not great and lack of sockets near mirror. A pet hate of mine is having the hairdryer in the bathroom. A great location, near public transport, good shops and restaurants as well as the Promenade des Anglais. We would definitely stay again."

"Although the room was clean but there are many problems there! 1. There is no reception or front desk, sometimes they had someone speaking French only! 2. The area is super noisy, I couldn’t sleep those nights due to lots of homeless outside, very loud talking or screaming 3. Breakfast is nothing, there is a restaurant 150m away offering coffee and croissant only!! 4. The safe is not attached to wall or any shelf, somebody can open the door and take the safe easily! 5. I didn’t feel safe there...

The room is quite compact but has everything one needs to be comfortable. Eco-friendly measures were great to see. Washroom/shower is a wet-room system.
