"The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Chitwan Safari camp&lodge entschieden. Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmerwände waren nicht verputzt, es gab keinen Strom im Badezimmer, kein warmes Wasser und die Klospülung lief die ganze Nacht. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da angeblich ausgebucht, ob wohl ein Großteil der Zimmer leer stand. Am nächsten Morgen bot man uns nach mehrmaligem nachfragen und drei Stunden warten schließlich ein verschimmeltes...

"We arrived after booking on Expedia and the hotel seemed completely unaware of the booking. We got told to sit down with no explanation and waited half an hour for them to show us our room. There were no towels in the room and they were not happy we asked for some, took them at least an hour to bring. Overall the property was fine, nice pool that was cleaned extensively each day, rooms are fine but a little noisy, no atmosphere at all - it seems like a business hotel there were 2 big groups...
