"House was as advertised and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Kitchen is well stocked and house was very clean upon arrival. House is a very short distance from a private beach with no waves so was great for the kids in our group. Would definitely recommend."

"Loved this beautiful property which accommodated us and our two young adult children and their friends. Loved the various parts of the house and grounds that gave everyone something to do. Such a beautiful setting for making special family memories! Couldn’t ask for much more- Asa gave us a great orientation to how everything worked and we didn’t need anything while we were there but I think he would have been available for any questions. Highly recommend this wonderful property!"

"The house was very clean and organized upon arrival and we really enjoyed our stay in Narragansett. Beautiful yard with a nice lawn for croquet. We loved having use of two kayaks and life jackets as well as the beach area for swimming. There are a few things that could be checked by the owners: 1. No screen doors in front and back. That was a big disappointment 2. No fly swatter. Many flies in the house when we arrived. 2. Light bulbs not working in the master bedroom sitting area, back...
