"We enjoyed our stay as the home and location was perfect for this annual trip to France with three generations. We would have appreciated being greeted by the owner or manager however access to the property was as emailed. The property was very clean and suited our needs. The owner was responsive by email and answered our questions in a timely manner. Other rentals have provided a booklet of area info and owner suggestions , etc that we would have appreciated having access to and looked for...

"We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option.
