Unbelievable View
One of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. Very friendly host. We stayed towards the end of September and the weather was perfect. Make certain to buy all of your grocery’s before going up Great Place!!

A unique location, wonderful stay
We loved staying here and will definitely come back. The house is very private away from the village and other houses on top of a hill with stunning views! The children loved looking at the cows and we enjoyed hiking straight behind the house where many trails are possible. Jean- Francois is very friendly and ready to help with any problems. We loved it!

Aufenthalt in Saulxures
Der Ort Saulxures ist klein, aber sehr nett. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und Bäcker. Wir haben in der näheren Umgebung viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen gemacht. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft haben wir uns anderes vorgestellt. Sie war uns zu wenig privat.

Une semaine de déconnexion
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mr Cunat. L'accueil, le gite, le cadre tout était parfait. De belles randonnées en famille sur les conseils de nos hôtes. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine de vacances dans cette belle région.

Séjour sport et nature
Nous avons été très bien accueillis suite à une arrivée tardive. L’accès au gîte se fait par un petit chemin puis vous vous retrouvez dans un très beau gîte spacieux et bien équipé. Mr Cunat est très attentionné, et de bons conseils pour les activités et savoir faire aux alentours. Très belle région pour exercer VTT et randonnées (pistes au départ du gîte)

Super we en famille ou la nature reprend tous ses droits. Balade à pieds dès la sortie du gîte. Grandes bouffées d’air frais. Jean François est un excellent hôte. Impliqué et de très bons conseils. Je recommande vivement pour les personnes souhaitant une déconnexion totale.

Gîte très agréable dans un cadre magnifique
Tout est dans le titre! Notre hôte a été très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils sur la région, le gîte est spacieux et très agréable, idéalement situé et dispose d'une très belle vue. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, principalement à faire de superbes randonnées, mais aussi des visites intéressantes et originales (mine de cuivre , confiserie). Nous y retournerons très probablement!

Au coeur de la nature
Très chouette hébergement dans une ferme typique bien rénovée, isolée et aménagée. Chemin bien praticable pour y accéder. Le logement est assez vaste et tout est prévu pour faire sécher les vêtements en cas de pluie

Long week-end en famille
Le gîte est au calme , en plein milieu de la nature, aux portes des circuits de randonnées mais aussi proche de la Bresse ( 15 min en voiture) . Le propriétaire est présent sur le site et connaît parfaitement le secteur , il a pu nous conseiller sur des tracés de randonnées vtt . Il nous a même fait le tri des champignons après notre cueillette . Bref nous avons passé un super séjour .

Semaine agréable
Cadre tres reposant, en pleine nature, cest vraiment appréciable apres les journées passées parfois dans des endroits tres fréquentés. Le propriétaire du gite est tres acceuillant et disponible. il donne avec plaisir de son temps pour raconter l'histoire de cette ancienne ferme familiale ou parler de sa region. Possibilités de ballades depuis le gite, super point de vus également. Il faut juste savoir que l'accès au gite se fini par 600m de chemin de terre et quil faut 10-12min entre le gite et saulxures. Tres bonne semaine pour nous, beaucoups d'activités à faire aux alentours (entre 20 et 50min en voiture), et la température est toujours agréable....nous recommandons ce gite à ceux qui aiment la nature et le calme.

Jean François nous a très bien accueilli dans son gite de qualité. Gîte isolé au calme, au milieu des montagnes et de la nature. Sentier de randonnées, patrimoine, mets locaux nous avons été très bien conseillés et partagés de bons moment avec JF.

A good time
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns sehr gut mit ihm auf Englisch unterhalten und führten gute Gespräche. Bei einem Problem mit dem Fahrrad unseres Sohnes half er uns bei der Reparatur. Er gab uns sehr viele gute Tipps ,um die Gegend und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.Wir kommen wieder.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Atmosphäre
Sauberes, idyllisch gelegenes Häuschen, nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Achtung, antwortet nur auf Französisch, aber hat alles gut funktioniert. :) ) Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Der Weg ins Dorf runter mit dem Auto ist recht kurvig und zum Teil Schotterstraße, aber absolut machbar. Dafür hat man einen schönen Ausblick und Ruhe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung oben auf dem Berg
Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche. Es handelt sich um einen ehemaligen Bauernhof in Alleinlage mitten in der Natur. Ein Wanderweg mit tollem Panorama-Ausblick ist direkt oberhalb des weitläufigen Grundstücks erreichbar. Von dort weitere Wege ohne Anfahrt möglich. Im Hauptgebäude gibt es zwei liebevoll restaurierte Ferienwohnungen. Wir waren in der unteren Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, u.a. Waschmaschine und großer Kühlschrank. Auch ein Kaminofen. Die Treppe hoch ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer + Toilette. (Dort befindet sich auch ein weiteres Zwei-Bett-Zimmer.) Allerdings sehr steile Treppe, nicht barrierefrei. Die Anfahrt ist sehr steil und kurvenreich, das letzte Stück des Weges ist eine Schotterpiste. Dafür wunderbar ruhig und mitten in der Natur, viele seltene Pflanzen. Wunderbar zum Wandern. Einkaufen oder Restaurants sowie ein Badesee allerdings nur unten im Tal. Wir würden empfehlen, sich gleich mit reichlich Vorräten einzudecken, riesiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist vorhanden. Sehr gutes Trinkwasser aus eigener Quelle! Schöner kleiner Rasenplatz vor der Tür mit Esstisch und Liegestühlen, mit weitem Ausblick. Eidechsen beobachten, dem Kuckuck und den Grillen lauschen und einfach nur entspannen!

Un endroit merveilleux
Le gîte au bout d’un chemin offre une superbe vue au calme et en pleine nature. L’équipement et la propreté sont parfaits. Accueil très sympathique et un hôte toujours à disposition. Les départs de randonnée à partir du gîte sont un vrai plus. Le matin au réveil vous aurez la chance de voir des lapins et des biches à quelques mètres. Je recommande fortement. Een fijne relaxweek mogelijkheid.
Een net verblijf met prettige eigenaar, welke het prima had georganiseerd. Het ligt vrij afgelegen, maar prachtige wandelingen mogelijk direct vanuit het huis. Het huis is in twee apartementen verdeeld, de anderen zijn helaas wel goed te horen. Goed uitgeruste keuken waar je alle gerechten kan maken.

Schöne Gegend und nette und saubere Unterkunft
Die Zimmeraufteilung sowie Ausstattung der Wohnung waren super. Wer Ruhe sucht, fühlt sich in der Unterkunft wie im Himmel. Der Vermieter war immer leicht zu erreichen und bemüht uns über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten aufzuklären. Das einzige Manko ist die Weite zu den Supermärkten /Becker. Aber wer Ruhe braucht, muss etwas weiter raus :) Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen perfekt.
