Modern 1840's farmhouse with new kitchen w/ all new appliances. Enjoy the spacious backyard for fun with friends and children, and make S'mores by the fire pit. Then warm up in our brand new indoor hot tub after skiing! Small dogs welcome.

<2 hrs from NYC between iconic Woodstock and charming Saugerties. Ski at Hunter (25 min) Hudson/Catskill (25 min) Opus 40 (15 mins)

On arrival there will be complimentary snacks, fresh bath and hand towels, linens, pillowcases, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.

Modern and clean. We cook so noticed a few items that would have improved our stay ie. Potato peeler , ice machine not working on refrigerator. Has spotty phone service and had to hunt for one bar to make a call anywhere. Wifi worked great . Very comfortable beds.

We had a lovely four days at high falls, house is quiet and comfortable and we slept like babes every night, kitchen well equipped including coffee and a variety of small snacks. Loved the hot tub. Good location in between saugerties and Woodstock .

We’ve been visiting the Catskills for summer hiking for the last several years. This house was perfect for our family to have access to Saugerties for dining out and still close to great hiking. We loved having the hot tub! We’d definitely return again!

Fabulous Ski Season
My family of 4 stayed at this house on weekends over almost 2 months during ski season. The property is exceptionally well maintained by thoughtful and communicative owners. The house is well laid out and charming, spacious for a family or even two. The indoor hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes and the pellet stove kept us cozy all winter. I can't say enough about how fantastic the owners are. They genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. This property is bar far the best I've ever booked on VRBO across the country.
