Porch Swing is a 5 bedroom / 3 bath home 1 block east of Goshorn Lake and near Dunes State Park (great hiking and secluded beaches) on north end of Saugatuck just off the bike path. Easy 2 mi drive or bike ride to downtown Saugatuck. Elevated screen porch overlooks 2/3 acre yard with patio, adjacent to a peaceful Farm. Bluetooth hi-fi stereo, hot tub year round (serviced professionally), bikes, cooler & beach gear provided (chairs, umbrella).

Our group had a great time staying at porch swing. The house was very clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect for a girls weekend in Saugatuck/Holland. Todd was a great host and was quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This property is beautiful and clean as a whistle. It can truly accommodate a large group with its many bedrooms and bathrooms. Close location to the highway made our multiple trips to Holland a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Family Long Weekend
Came to town for an event in Holland. Todd’s property is an absolutely perfect location if you want to visit Holland or Saugatuck/Douglas. Todd answered any questions we had and was always willing to help. Home is spacious enough for multiple family's and is incredibly clean. We enjoyed our time at this house and will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay
4 adults and 8 kids stayed over new years. The house is well situated near the highway for easy access to neighboring towns. 4 minute drive to Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Quiet neighborhood. Enough room in the house for us to all be together or retreat to our own spaces.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Gas grill, fire pit, pool table, and large dining table perfect for game playing. Loved the indoor and outdoor areas! Outside area felt very private and enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!

Tulip Festival
We had a lovely stay during the 2023 Tulip Festival. The house was in the perfect location to meet our needs of everything we had planned to do. They were 10 adult women so the space was perfect. We enjoy our stay and would definitely book this spot again!!

This property worked out very well for our family vacation. It was roomy, well equipped and a short drive to any are we wanted to go to. Quiet subdivision. If it had been warmer, the porch and fire pit would have been used also

Home Base for Daughter's Wedding
The house and grounds were great! We had family and friends with us as we took care of final preparations for our daughter's wedding. We used the fire pit, grill, and hot tub outside, and took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and wet bar inside. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, and having 3 full baths was wonderful. The owner (Todd) was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house, perfect for a group!
We are 3 couples that get together every Labor Day weekend. This was our 3rd visit to this area and this was by far our best rental. The attention to detail was great. Loved all of the bedrooms, the great room, hot tub, kitchen, fire pit and the bikes. The house was very clean and the kitchen. Well stocked . About a 30 minute walk into town and a 15 minute easy bike ride. We would define rent this home again!

Relaxing Family Home
The Porch Swing property is family-friendly, close to everything, and a lovely place to vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the amenities in the house were perfect for our family vacation. Todd, the property manager is quick to respond and is very helpful. The house is minutes away from downtown Saugatuck which can be reached by bike or car. This is the perfect property for your family as there is plenty of space.

I'd recommend this property!
We were happy with the property, the location and the host. We had 10 people (2 grandparents, 2 daughters and their husbands and 4 grandsons. The five bedrooms were perfect for our group. The back yard was fun for games, camping and hot tub. Only one concern: the internet was spotty. That wasn't a problem for us but if someone rented the property and wanted to do some remote work, I think they would have a problem.

Place is as nice as it looks in pics
Place was very clean. Loved the back porch, as it overlooks the hops farm. We had fires at night. Place is super clean. I recommend riding the provided bikes (1 1/2 miles) to saugatuck dunes state park and then hiking to the beach via one of the trails. Very peaceful and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Of course the food options are not far away. My only concern was that a couple of the doors would not shut all the way.(upstairs master, downstairs bathroom)

Great Girls Getaway
There were six of us celebrating our 60th and everyone was thrilled with the property. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings enjoying our coffee on the screened in porch and it is where we ended each evening too. A couple ladies loved the porch swing so much they took a pic to have their husbands build one for home. The owner Todd was wonderful to work with and went over and beyond for us. One of the ladies left a coat in the front closet and he was kind enough to ship it to her. We spent a lot of time downtown and don’t miss the sand dune rides which are right around the corner from the house!

Wonderful winter getaway
We are just back from a delightful 4 night stay over New Year's Eve at the Porch Swing house. From the start, Todd was so easy to communicate with. He was happy to try to get us in the house early to accommodate a nap time and let us stay a bit late on check out day to continue to enjoy the area. There were two families staying there with kids aged 5-12. All had a blast. The house was well appointed with every kitchen gadget, serving platter, and dish you might need to feed 3 meals a day to 9 people. All enjoyed the pool table, yard, fire pit, and hot tub. Our group easily fit comfortably both with sleeping arrangements and for hanging out either on the main floor or downstairs in the Rec room. We all enjoyed a hike at the state park where the kids went sledding on both the snow and the dunes, a trip into downtown Saugatuck, a 45 min drive to go tubing, and extra time just hanging out at the house.

Fun times in Saugatuak
We had a great time . It was myself , my grown son and his wife and my two grown daughters. We had four grandchildren three ten year olds and a nine year old. The basement was perfect for video games and the kids had plenty of room to laze about and enjoy their cousins. The upstairs gave the adults a great place to play cards and sit and. Enjoy the screened porch for morning cofffee . The front porch gave you a place to seek quiet time from the family time. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. I did wish there was a light over the washer and dryer , when doing a load in the evening it was not well lit. Since there is a light in the closet adjacent to the laundry closet it might be something easily fixed. Todd was very quick to answer all our questions and very easy to work with. Saugatuak is an easy bike ride from the house with so much to do. Coffee is near by as is ice cream. We enjoyed a free concert at the Felt Mansion, but get there early it fills up fast. We hope to return to this lovely,fun house .

Family Vacay
Communication with property manager and check-in process was great. Location is a quick 10 minute drive to Saugatuck and unit was a great size for our family group. House was relatively clean but dining table is sticky (probably needs to be refinished), we did find some popcorn on the floor and a water bottle under living room chair. Kitchen was fantastic with adequate silverware, plates, serving bowls and pots/pans for large group but we did need to purchase a couple of serving spoons. Drink fridge was a bonus for extra beverages. Screened in back porch is a perfect venue for morning coffee and family chats but the seat cushions are worn and need replacing. Bedrooms are comfortable with extra blankets, but carpets are worn and need replacing. Basement was extremely damp despite the dehumidifier continuously running. Wi-Fi is good with 5G service and included Bluetooth speakers in the living room. We used the gas grill for three meals but it’s a bit dirty and needs cleaning. Fire pit is nice for evening fires with s’mores. Spacious backyard is great for family games and hot tub was clean and easy to use. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 12 people. But bring your own beach towels. Five bikes are available in the garage, but all are quite rickety and difficult to ride. There’s also a cooler and some beach chairs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental property for larger groups who need adequate sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

Wonderful Stay!
We were in Saugatuck for our son's wedding over an extended weekend and the Porch Swing was absolutely fantastic! It is located outside the busyness of Saugatuck, nestled on a quiet country lot but, you're close enough to easily go downtown for shopping and restaurants. The age ranges for the family ranged from 21yrs to 72yrs and we all fit comfortably. The Porch Swing was very clean with fun decor throughout. Todd was amazing to work with. I highly recommend a stay at his place!
