Modern, Chic Adult ONLY retreat on a hill at the end of a quiet dead end street steps from downtown Saugatuck. There is on-site private parking for 2 vehicles. You will walk up 2 flights of steps that lead to a private serene covered deck and entrance. The deck has a comfy sitting area and a large table for dining and/or games and hanging out. It was thoughtfully designed by the owner/Super Host for those guests who are coming to our area to enjoy all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. This space is bright and inviting with high quality linens, cozy beds and stylish furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds, quality mattresses, linens and towels and black-out shades for a restful night of sleep. There are two bath areas with a sink and toilet that share a private walk-in shower. It comes with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cocktail and coffee bar areas. Leave the cooking to the first-rate chefs in town and enjoy a craft cocktail at one of the many bars or tasting rooms. Take a hike to the top of Mt. Baldy to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, spend the day at beach along the sandy shoreline of Lake Michigan or take a stroll in town and visit one of the many vibrant art galleries or shops. Whether you want to come and relax or hit the town, this space will give you everything you need and more! Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the deck or having evening cocktails watching the sunset with a breeze coming off the water. It is a perfect getaway for a single couple, 2 couples or a small group of friends or family.

The property is great. The beds are comfortable, the linens are high quality and the attention to detail that is usually totally lacking was on display throughout the property. The property is located a block from Lady Bird, which we tried and loved -- fantastic brunch and drinks (we even went back). The deck is great and you can sit out and just relax. If I had to list something to improve the space -- a rain shower or dual showerheads would have been perfect... but when that is the biggest "issue" you know you have found a winner! We would for sure stay again!

The condo was really nice. Well decorated and lots of little details to make us feel welcome. The layout worked great for 2 couples, with plenty of privacy. Tracy was responsive and helpful, providing us with lots of good information about things to do in the area. The steps to the unit were a little challenging with luggage, but once you got up there, it was totally worth it. The patio was great for evening cocktails and playing cards. We loved it!

This condo is top notch! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and everything you could need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the linens and towels are top notch. We all commented that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place to spend the evening. It was so convenient being within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck. Tracy was very communicative and a super hostess. We can’t wait to go back.

Everything You Need
Tracy is a fantastic host who provided such flexibility and hospitality during our trip. There were several things we wish we hadn't packed for the weekend away with another couple, because they were provided at the property! Truly a beautiful and cozy-meets-modern location with great walkability to several shops, restaurants, and experiences in downtown Saugatuck. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friend and I had an amazing time staying at this property. We had a girls week to celebrate our upcoming birthdays. The property owner was so accommodating and thoughtful. She had wine and chocolate waiting for us on arrival and messaged us in advance of things to do in the area. The property is within walking distance of everything downtown so we walked to eat every day and of course shop! The place was beautiful decorated, clean and had everything you could possibly need. Perfect "Pause" Staycation
My husband and I try to visit Saugatuck yearly to celebrate our anniversary, but this year we desperately needed a mental pause vs a chaotic vacation. This house was exactly what we hoped for! First off, this was the CLEANEST place we have EVER stayed at! It was immaculate, and sticked with all sorts of amazing extras; coffee, complimentary wine, cookies, chocolate, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, fans, etc. Tracey truly has the house staged for anything you might need or have forgotten. We went to the beach on our second day, and Tracy provided us with beach swag; chairs, umbrella, towels, and a beach bag. Thanks to the pantry jabing baggies, we packed our own beach picnic amd had the most relaxing time. The balcony had the perfect breeze and ample seating, and we spent the majority of our days and nighta out there. We unplugged from our electronics for the weekend, and instead we read, played games (provided by Tracey), people watched, caught up on life, napped, and even ate our meals out on the awesome picnic. We will definitely be using Tracey again, and highly recommend this listing for a truly amazing place to stay.

Anniversary weekend
Came to celebrate a 40th anniversary in one of our favorite towns. Tracy’s place is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Saugatuck. Everything we needed was right there. It was nice that we were on a quiet street yet right in the heart of it all. This is a special place to stay.
