This charming condo is on a wooded ravine in the City of Saugatuck less than a mile from Ivy House. The Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms, a Living Room, and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Lower Level has a Bedroom and a Living Room, and a Laundry Closet is located in the hallway.

The Peterson Creek Retreat is a spacious is a 1600 sq ft open concept condo that includes air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor propane grill, free streaming on Peacock Plus, Roku Channels, and free Samsung streaming channels on the Upper Living Room TV, free wifi, garage parking for one vehicle, and towels/linens. Please bring your beach towels and any other items you will need for the beach such as blankets, umbrella, or chairs.

We offer a discount for 7 night stays!

Take a shortcut through the Peterson Preserve and enjoy a nice, leisurely walk or bike ride into downtown (approx. 1 mile). The Peterson Creek Retreat is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, dune rides, parks, restaurants, and other tourist attractions.

cute place great location
we were here for a family wedding. at the Ivy, it was so close which was perfect as we had to make multiple trips at times the Condo was cute and clean, the lower level was a bit chilly we did open vents but it don’t help a whole lot the bed in the Master seemed more of a full then a queen (would prefer a king) our family that was in the condo next to us did have a king bed in their max bedroom also could have used mor e blankets the condo hasd everything we needed would love to come back in the summer for the Dunes, golf and just fun outdoor stuff highly recommend this property

This place was impeccably clean. Kitchen well-stocked with cookware. Quiet, comfortable, private. Perfect distance from the Ivy House where we attended a wedding. About 1-2 minutes away from the village of Saugatuck.

The condo was conveniently located to Saugatuck and our wedding venue at the Cottage on The Ravines Golf course. Condo was quietly secluded on its own lot and had all the amenities we needed. Space was clean and bright with tons of windows. Would totally rent this space again. Thank you Sandra.

A Great Home Away From Home!
We were thrilled with this place! It has a great homey feel, quiet setting and just a couple of minutes from downtown Saugatuck. The place is very well kept and supplied with everything you need. We have stayed at quite a few places in the Saugatuck area over the years but this place by far beats any other place we have stayed. We will stay here again in the future if possible. If you have never visited Saugatuck you don't know what you are missing.

Peterson Creek Condo Get-Away
Very clean condo. Worked out very well for us 4 gals who were on a weekend get-away while our husbands were up north golfing! The listing description and pictures were totally accurate. Thank you very much for having such a nice condo for us ladies to feel at home in for the weekend!

Enjoyed our stay!
We had a nice stay at this property! Great location just outside of the downtown and very clean. Our biggest issue was that the beds weren't very comfortable. The other thing to note (especially if you have young kids) is that there is one bedroom downstairs but the bathrooms (1 master, 1 other) are upstairs. But, we enjoyed our stay! Sandra was very helpful and easy to communicate with regarding our visit.

Excellent stay
This place was perfectly clean throughout the property, which is impressive because I tend to have high standards for cleanliness. It was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and very conveniently located to downtown Saugatuck and Holland. The bedroom in the lower level did get very cold, and some extra blankets and a space heater available in the unit would have been appreciated.

Went with my parents and 9 years old son to see the tulip show. The location was so convenient! Less than a mile away from Saugatuck downtown area and about 15 minutes drive to Holland. The check in process was easy and fast, description manager provided was to the T. Spacious and clean, we had initially 6 people but my husband and older son could not make it last minute, so the 4 of us enjoyed all the space and ended up not even using one floor :) Overall would love to rent it again on our summer beach trip !

Very Pleasant Stay
We found the condo to be as advertised and fairly comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with kitchen items and even had coffee filters and ground coffee and a few spices. The only minor complaint we have is that the bed and pillows in the master bedroom have seen the end of their useful life and need to be replaced. The other beds were fine according to our children/grandchildren.

Tulip Trip
Visiting Holland for the 2023. Tulip Festival. Saugutuck and Peterson Creek was a welcome retreat to end each day after the traffic and crowds everywhere in Holland. Every possible need and comfort in this immaculate property was provided.. Only negative was the the request from VRBO to enter ,6 digit code after arrival. Wasted almost a half an hour entering codes, confirming I am not a robot, only to get the INVALID code response 11 times. Great rental, would definitely recommend or book when I may be in the area again. Easy to get to, quite and secluded.

Perfect Home Away from Home
My husband, 16-year-old daughter, her best friend, and I stayed the first full week of June. We felt at home immediately and didn't want to leave. This rental is a great base to relax at the beginning and end of the day with the area offering lots to do during the day. The home is clean and quiet. Sandra is responsive. We were the first ones to use the grill for the season and the gas valve was stuck. She came over right away and dinner was on the table in no time. Great common areas and the bedrooms are far enough apart to give a sense of privacy. If we return to Saugatuck, we would certainly check this rental out again. Jane, Mike, Annie and Margaret

Great location. Good vacation spot.
It was a great little vacation spot. I thought we would go downtown shopping maybe a day or two. I'm pretty sure we ended up there at least once a day! Saugatuck and the surrounding cities were perfect for a nice laid back vacation. Family, shopping, and food were what we were after on this vacation. All were achieved. The condo was perfect for what we were using it for. Ample space for 7 of us. 5 adults and 2 children. It was a nice comfortable laid back space for us. I was worried about there being enough toiletries for us. Brought our own coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, trash bags. But to my great relief, there was plenty of all of that stuff. In my opinion these owners go above and beyond what amenities I expected. Plenty of tp, paper towels, soaps (even had some bath and body works lotions for us girls), trash bags, dishwasher soaps, laundry soaps. Everything was provided for us. Down to shampoos and body washes. That was completely unexpected. Leave it all at home folks!! Pack some clothes and beach towels and you will be ready for a week at this condo!! Bedrooms were fine. Downstairs bedroom can be a little loud at night as the furnace is in the closet down there and you can hear the water from flushing the toilets upstairs. Wasn't too much that I couldn't sleep. I'm not a deep sleeper anyway. The living room downstairs was fine. I had a few problems with the dvd player though. The kitchen was great. Enough dishes for all 7 of us and the fridge was plenty big enough. The living room upstairs was comfortable enough. Though me and my sister in law really wanted to rearrange. We felt it could have been more comfortable with a few changes. Overall it was ok. The deck outside had enough chairs and table spaces. Everything to use the grill was all right there. We did notice the rails were a little loose. I was a little hesistant to let the kids go out there alone. Would've been awesome if the fireplace worked (it mentioned in the book that it didnt work. we didnt even try). We recommended that maybe some blinds might be nice on the upstairs slider. The sun was killer coming in at night while trying to conversate and watch tv while sitting on the loveseat. Loved the information book. There was an abundance of information. Though we didn't remember to use the dinner recommendations til the last day. Wally's was great!!! And I would definitely recommend the Dune ride. It was awesome. Thanks for the great stay

Just perfect for what we needed
It was a little hard to find at first because navigation kept telling us to turn right when it should have been left. But we did find it. And all was just as it said online. Lots of cooking utensils was good. We cooked Thanksgiving meal there and it all turned out great. Plenty of room for our family.

Great Condo
This is a duplex and we rented both sides for a wedding weekend. This was the perfect location for a wedding at the Ivy House. The condo was clean, beds were comfy and plenty of space to get ready. Absolutely, no complaints!

A lovely stay
This spacious condo was perfect for our Labor Day minibreak in Saugatuck. Two full baths, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, charming outdoor space, pristinely clean. The only minor frustrations were poor accessibility on the Dish TV and some confusion around how to walk downtown from the property. Everything else was wonderful and we highly recommend. The property manager was responsive and helpful. A lovely stay overall.
